This is the worst taco bell I have visited. I ordered some Tacobell and some KFC. She handed me the Tacobell stuff and let me... go. I have to remind her that she did not give me my KFC stuff. She was not even sorry. Later on I found that some itemsare missing in the KFC order. I have to get back on the drive thru line again. I didn't get even get my receipt. I orderedChicken Chalupa and there was some steak in it. I am really surprised how many mistakes can they do on one order. I am nevergoing back to this place. Read more

Any time I ask for extra cheese, it's ridiculous. It's literally the same or just barely, ever so slightly more than normal... cheese. We pay what, 75 cents, 50 cents for more cheese? Is it really that hard? Does it really cost your company soooooo much?Dry, half-as*ed, half filled burritos with barely any "ExTrA" cheese I paid for. I guess that's what you expect from a tbellemployee. Stick with your job, you won't make it anywhere else. Read more

Went thru drive thru , taco shells taste stale, never got a receipt , was short a taco mind you they were nasty , got wrong... burrito which tasted horrible and when calling to correct the order phone immediately goes straight to vm but can't leavemessage , was not a good experience at all - drive thru lady was nice thats about it .. I bought a party pack and more... all the soft tacos (12) of them have barely ANY beef! this is so frustrating!!!! unbelievable.... it's called beef taco but that's the least amount in the taco! Read more

Order was completely wrong. Chicken and not beef. Taco was completely destroyed when put in bag.

Seem like decent kids work there I guess? But they couldn't get an order right on multiple occasions. Even during follow-ups... when they were told an order was wrong and were requested the correct items, the correct items didn't get brought out. Likeothers have also mentioned, no receipt or napkins. Better managers and in turn better training would go a long way. Probablyshouldn't be eating at Taco Bell anyways but thanks for the reassurance. Read more

This is a run down place, however (most) of the staff are friendly. Tonight we went through the drive thru and the young lady... was very courteous and our order was correct. They also do a great job on decorations during holidays. Read more

First of all, I didn't get a receipt, secondly I frequent many Taco Bell's and by far, this is the most consistent, inconsistent... one that I've visited. I ordered like I always order, 2 spicy tostadas no chipotle and no cheese, extra red sauce, add onion andthis is what i get..smh. So I pull bck in line and head to the window and explain to the 1st gal that I wasn't going to be eating these, and I would like a refund. A few moments later a young gal comes and says, "hey! actually we are not allowed togive out refunds we offer a store credit" and I said, "OK I'm not allowed to move my car until I speak to a manager, I do notneed a store credit I will not be coming back, thank you".
