UPDATE: Well I am very disappointed in this Taco Bell. It has gone downhill and now is one of our least liked places to eat... around here. Not because of Taco Bell, we love Taco Bell, but because of the quality and consistency of food that comea out oflocation. Over the last year there have been countless times where the food was very substandard. It's either swimming in greasefrom the taco meat making everything soggy and not really edible. Then there is the temperature of the food. A couple of weeksago our food came out so hot it tasted funny. It was as if they were slammed and running low on taco meat and threw a bag in themicrowave and nuked it more than it should have been changing the taste and making me think twice about eating it at all. WhichI ended up not letting my kids eat it and went the pizza route instead. Kids love it. One of their favorites for sure. But, Imust say it seems like every time we go there is at least one item either missing or was made poorly or incorrect. My daughterlikes her tacos without lettuce on them, they don't ever seem pick up on that as this is the most common offender of the orderbeing incorrect, as well as missing cups of nacho cheese for nachos. Like today's photos... Two bags of chips only one cup ofcheese and they are never fill up the serving bags with chips or cinnamon twists. But, we still eat here about 2 - 3 times aweek. Read more

Lot of tough reviews here but apparently none of these people have been to the one on lake pleasant and happy ... this place is... an absolute gem compared to that dump. I come here frequently and the workers here do a really good job ! Thank you ! Read more
Ray Couldn?t have been nicer. Went there at almost 10:30 at night and had amazing service. I don?t usually leave reviews for... fast food places, as a matter of fact this is my first one. But Ray deserves five out of five stars. Even down to when I got myhot sauce I ordered medium and he explained that he was also putting in hot and mild because he gets a lot of mixed reviews onthe medium sauce! Only give 2 Stars and not 1 because usually this location is good. Today, I went through drive through and placed a big order.... I asked to have it double checked as a couple of items were left out the last time. New kid (Alex?) was at the window who wasterrific. When I got my order I asked for some more sauce as a young white girl (tattoo on forearm) put a few packets ininitially. She rudely told me no she can't. I explained I have a big order and rudely again said no. She was more interestedin telling her teammates the order up next was not mine. I asked for a manager to which she said she was one. She would notgive me her name. As I was still waiting, I finally said I am still waiting on my Soda and Cinnamon twists were missing. Shekept blaming Alex and saying he is messing up. It was all her. Gave me the twist and a soda which was half foam. An olderHispanic lady came and she again said the next order is not mine. Alex mentioned I wanted more sauce to her. She proceeded todump the entire bucket of FIRE sauce into a bag and gave it to me. I now have 128 packets (I counted each) after they thelittle girl could give me a few more. Worse service I have had in a long time from this so call young manager. They were notbusy at all. If I did not live near this location, they'd lose a returning customer for sure! I would be more shocked if this place got an Order Correct than anything. Once again i ordered Taco Supremes with Extra meat. ... No Tomatos, No Extra Meat, not even enough to fill a taco. One of them was just Cheese, with a spec of meat. I was charged anextra 4 bucks for tacos that wouldn't even be called a normal taco. 3rd time this has happened. Stay Away!! Read more
