Came in and asked for a kids ham was charged not only for a regular ham adult meal but the cashier initially ADDED on the kids... pak and we didn?t even get anything? So what was supposed to be a kids meal became an $11+ meal. I did got back up and shevoided the 1.50 charge but she was extremely rude and should?ve fixed the price to be a KIDS meal as I had originally asked.Awful service. Read more
I always get the spicy Italian sub. The sweet onion sauce is what makes a sandwich awesome. A lot of people like the sweet onion... sauce. They changed it to teriyaki sweet onion sauce. Totally ruined my sandwich. Please bring back the regular sweet onionsauce. Read more
I always come here , never had a problem . Today I went in an the white female that was take my order had this ugly face on from... the start like if she didn?t want to be there . I order 2 subs an a wrap she got them all out an meat and cheese on all of them. The lettuce was browning an almost empty so I asked her if I could have new lettuce an she pulled a bag out an said idk whyit?s the same I said because it?s brown an that one isn?t she told me to calm down . I said I want the new lettuce she then toldme she could refuse to help me . OVER LETTUCE. I let her know I was not ordering an more she didn?t have t refuse me an that ifshe is that miserable she should get a new job . Worst service from her I won?t be back again nor my co workers ! This is a very clean and easy to order place. Good team members and tons of parking. Very easy menu and well priced for any... price point. Food is fresh and very tasty. Lots of seating including outdoors. Soda fountain and cold bottled drinks.Delivery and pre order. Clean bathrooms and kid friendly. Highly recommended. Read more

I was forced to order using the app to the get the 5 dollar foot long. I asked for both sandwhiches to have cheese and to be... toasted, both were cold and no cheese, one was supposed to have only mayo and they added chipotle sauce, the sandwhich wasintended for a person who can't eat spicy food. As you can see the sandwhich was made very sloppy and they added extra onion.For something as simple as making a sandwich they really screwed up my order. If I didn't have to order using the app, I'm surethe sandwhich would've been made properly. I called to complain and the kid said they'd remake my sandwich and apologized, itwas a young kid so I felt bad letting him know how I really felt. Got the Club and ordered extra bacon slices. Got 3 Oatmeal Raisin cookies for dessert. PERFECT lunch, as usual.
