I ordered a Bella Mozza Pro, and paid the extra $2 for additional cappicola. picked the order up at 4:20ish on way home from... work. Did not eat till about 7pm, when i discovered I did not get additional Cappicola, but more ham. I called the store,asked to speak to a manager, who declined to identify herself, and was told that if I had called hours ago thwy would haveremade the sandwich. How could I call hours ago if i didnt eat till later? I was rudely told there was nothingthat could bedone. A- remaking wasnt an option in any case I had no transportation, having been driven home from work. B- i PAID for serviceand meat I did not get. I expect there are MANY options, but now I want a refund. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue atthis location, earlier in the week there was so much salt added i had to throw away half the sandwich.. i didnt complain then,but this is too much Read more
My husband went to pick up the oder and was told a woman with auburn hair picked it up a couple minutes before. Obviously we... hadn't. They refused to help make it right. My husband said the lady was very rude. Even other customers were astonished We havebeen trying to speak to the manager ever since, to no avail. I am contacting corporate now. Read more
This location has a "6 slices of meat max" rule which doesn't exist at the metro location, which places more meat without extra... charge. The metro location sure shows their love a lot more! (Photo from metro) Read more
The Sunday night crew isn't killing it. When I got home and looked at the five sandwiches (that I paid almost 50.00 bucks for... with the get one free deal), were basically flat, not many ingredients at all. Not going there on Sunday night ever again. Read more
This place is horrible! The store manager, Michelle is SO RUDE!! My fiance and I were waiting for our veyo to show up and so we... went into this Subway and bought some cookies so that we weren't just soliciting and this woman told us that buying cookieswasn't going to "cut it". She was very rude! I was very embarrassed. I would not recommend this store to anybody. I advisewhoever owns this Subway to reassess who runs his store because there's no customer service whatsoever!
