Parking is very inconvenient but the food is always good . I waited about 15 mins to get my sub though. Overall it's decent

Me and my family live right by this subway so we have gone a handful of times. It is always a bad experience. I used to work at... subway so I know how it goes. This subway is terrible. The manger and owner clearly don?t care about subway or it?s customersthey are just trying to make money with the least amount of effort possible. The bread is burnt and I have been told ?sorry theperson yesterday burnt it.? Ummm cook more? The vegetables are soggy. They use less meat unless you say something then they getan attitude when you call them out. They don?t accept coupons. Which I?m not sure they can decide that. The owner of the subwayname needs to cut ties with Heidi, this subways owner. The manager who I believe has a connection to the owner Heidi Wong is sorude. The employees aren?t properly trained so they are slow at making sandwiches because they have to constantly look at the instructions posted off to the side. I have had at least three employees tell me their manager is terrible and mean whichclearly is the reason the life has been sucked out of them. I kept going back because it?s convenient but I can?t any more it?sso awful, I will go to the one on Peoria and 43rd. I really hope this place eventually goes bankrupt. After reading all thereviews it?s clear they don?t intend to change all things. Read more

Lord Where do we start? 1. Ordered a sub on the app using a rewards deal i had earned then immediately walked in so i can... customize my sub since the app is very slow when trying to customize a sub 2. I informed the young lady the online order justprinted was mine and would like it made a certain way. 3. She raised her voice and said "the ingredients were already on thepaper " and she will make it the way it states. 4. I informed her it would be the same as if i were to walk in and order thenormal way the only difference was that the sub was already paid for 5. She proceeded to make the sub the way she wanted andsloppily tossed the ingredients on the sandwich with her bare hands and no gloves. I told her to forget it and I would like arefund. 6. Employee began screaming and crying she didt need my "harassment" for the reason being she had been overworked the and hadn't had a day off in 2 weeks. 7. Told her sorry but I just wanted a refund for the sandwich she was refusing to make. 8.She screamed "NO REFUND!" and proceeded to to call the police to "escort me out" 9. Police informed her because i had alreadypaid for the item and i posed no threat that it was a civil matter 10. Employee finally refunded my $ and screamed for me to getout of her store. Update: The franchise owner Heidi Wong messaged me and stated her employee was liar for stating she had nodays off and she was an outstanding employee, while other reviews here clearly indicate there is a problem with the woman ownerand her abuse of employees and customers. Happy to say her franchise will be soon be revoked because what goes around , comesaround... Read more

This store was charging my 8 year old daughter to use the restroom. Beyond ridiculous they wouldn't let my daughter use the... restroom without a purchase. Human decency does not exist at this store or its management staff. Do not support them. Read more

This Subway #12355-0 in Glendale has horrible customer restroom rules. I needed to use the restroom really bad before I order... my food. They told me I had to purchase a meal first because the "restroom code" will be in my receipt. So I had to order aquick meal I didnt want just to use the restroom. They said its the owners rule. Shame on you owner! You order a meal just touse the restroom too see how it feels. This Subway is worst than all the Circle K's. This place has alot of bad reviews.Horrible owners and they treat their own staff bad. Im "NEVER" coming back here... Read more

the small woman who is the owner is very rude to her customers and treats her employees very poorly. I watched her yell and slam... ingredients on my sandwich because the young boy made a minor mistake. I felt very uncomfortable. They don?t carry most thingsall other Subways do there is no point wasting your time and money here. No wonder this place keeps switching owners every fewyears. My sandwich tasted horrible and the chicken was still cold in the middle. The vegetables were soggy and not fresh at all. Read more

Jason is second to none when it comes to preparing sandwiches. He is so good, I give him total control to make or create my food... anyway he wants. When at this store, I take a seat and wait until he calls for me to pick it up. Every sandwich is amasterpiece, and his creativity amazes me. I have yet to have the same sandwich twice!
