If there was a way to put Zero stars I would. Worst service ever. This location seriously needs to train their employees better... especially with their customer service. I came in today to ask if they had brócoli soup and this male employee didn?t respondand walked away and went into the back and then came out and said we don?t have any. Seriously get new employees people! Nevercoming back to this location ever. Read more

Absolutely the WORST Subway in the valley. I order lunch from Subway multiple times a week and this Subway location has... officially lost my business. Two days in a row, I placed online orders in advance. Orders that they received, WELL in advance.Day 1, the employee didn?t start making my sandwich until I arrived because they were out of my bread choice and she waited tillI arrived to make any substitute. Ok, fair enough, I guess. Day 2, I place my order THREE HOURS in advance. In the comments, Ilist my substitute bread choice JUST TO AVOID the situation from the day before. When I arrive on Day 2, TEN MINUTES AFTER myorder was SET TO BE READY, I am told by the employee that he has not even STARTED on the pre-orders. To say I am livid is anUNDERSTATEMENT. Had a coupon for a $5.99 any footlong sandwich. I proceeded to order the Bacon Chicken Ranch Sandwich. When completed, it looked... great with all the fresh looking toppings but when it was time to pay, I was told by the female employee that I would be chargedextra for the bacon. I read the coupon to her and it stated that add-ons would be an extra charge. When i reminded her thatbacon was literally in the name of the sandwich and was the key ingredient, she said "Nope, bacon is extra.". So I left thatdelicious looking sandwich behind and went to another location. Also on a day that the weather topped 112°, she proceeded todisplay her lack of empathy by refusing a lady of ice water, which is against the law in the state of Arizona. Extremelydisappointed in this shameful experience and I will never patronage this location again. Read more

Ordered a sub on the subway app and it is pretty gross. It was supposed to be toasted, the bread seems very old and the sandwich... is falling apart altogether. My coworker and I bother ordered a foot long each and she only took 2 bites cause it was so gross.I love subway but have never had an experience like this before. Read more
