Absolutely horrible visit. My sandwich was made wrong and when I asked for mozzarella I was given parmesean. Sub was supposed to... be toasted but the bread has raw spots. Every single time I order online I ask for extra cucumber, onion and jalepenos and they NEVER put the extra on. It?s super... frustrating. Like why?! I got literally FOUR jalepenos on my foot long when I asked for extra. Same with the cucumbers. Standardis 3 cucumbers per half and it?s always just that. Never extra. After a shameful visit at another location, I proceeded to visit this location close by to order the Bacon Chicken Ranch... sandwich for my dinner. Upon arriving, I was greated by both female employees as one of them (I couldn't get her name) impressedme by extensively cleaning the dining room; including chairs & tables. Diane (or Diana; sorry if I messed that up) was polite,intentive and beyond professional when preparing my sandwich. The toppings were fresh and the sandwich was delicious. Being arestaurant manager in my past, I know what it takes to find exceptional employees and this location should be thankful to havethese two. I know what positive feedback means to employees and managers alike and I had the opportunity to tell the assistantmanager on duty about these two exceptional ladies. Also, this location took my $5.99 coupon without trying to upcharge forbacon; like the other location in old town Glendale tried to do. Order online and for pick up two veggie sandwiches and a Turkey one. Paid for avocado at extra cost and requested pepper jack... cheese and extra lettuce for the veggie sandwiches. I was at this location on Monday and witness three employees walk in and start handling food without washing their hands. One... young man with locs was smoking his Vape pen in the back. When they overheard me saying that they need to wash their hands. Onlything they did was put on those Flimsy plastic gloves. Those employees are nasty and careless. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Read more
I was having a good until I walked in to this subway location. No greeting no smile no nothing. I should have walked out n went... to different location but I was already here. Store was clean yes but what is all the cleaniness n other things when customerservice was not their. I am a manager at my job and we always have our employees greet customers with a smile . Just a thoughtif they don't like working their find somewhere else and I know their are plenty of people would love the job. Read more
