The girls working here are totally unprofessional and rude (they don't know how to greet or smile), one of them could not help... claiming the system did not receive the app order that I placed and the other one who supposedly is the supervisor and after along phone chat and both going inside for quite bit, then showed up and did not help either, I showed them the transaction wasplaced correctly and I was charged $9.80 but they said we can't do nothing...really, is this the new way of how subway robpeople because this is not the first time I have issues with their app, wonder if it happened with me more than twice then howmany others were robbed in same way. Yesterday, on Labor Day your hours on the internet showed closing at 6pm. There wasn't alot of choices in the area so my wife... and I went there at about 430. To our surprise there was a note on door, hand written closed at 3pm. Horrible service tobasically lie on the internet about your hours. Isnt there not a manager/owner overlooking store that can take a second to callGoogle to correct your hours? Or better yet staff the store that I've been told in past two years you've been trying to hire,because it was taking 20 minutes to get a sandwich made. I Love Subway and will still eat at Subway but I will gladly drive anextra 6 miles and pass this location up. Read more
The woman behind the counter today is freaking super woman!!! She is the kindest, sweetest hearted woman ever and she's holding... this place down single handedly all by herself. As a local small business owner, finding employees like this is SO hard. Don'tlose her! This woman deserves A raise and a PAID week off work. Thank you so much for my sandwich today! Read more

Time 1:15 pm. Only customer in store. Had to wait for the person behind the counter to finish a conversation with other worker... before she took our order. Attitude of worker was we were bothering them. 4 more customers came in and the employees decided tomake all customers sandwiches before letting us pay. When we asked to let us pay the employees said they were going to do allsandwiches first and when we requested we pay again, and other customers said to let us pay the workers said they were closinganyway and we would have to wait anyway. Amazing subway for how current 2021 is going, sure it's short staffed but everywhere is, might not have the tomatoes or onions... you are specific craving but overall good service, especially to the one worker taking care of 7 people all by themselves andchopping ingredients away at the back and cooking, while making 7 different sandwiches Read more

Ordered ahead on the app Friday night. Says it'll be ready 20 minutes. We show up 30 minutes and the food was not made. Signs up... saying no toaster, no bacon. Well I paid for bacon on a footlong. The 2 young kids behind the counter said oh well shouldn't ofordered it. They both acted like they filled out job apps for a place they don't care to work at. The food sucked, veggies werestale n sour tasting. Worse experience ever. I will take my business to Fire House subs or drive the extra for Cheeba Hut, 2places that care about service and food quality. I will never return especially when I left feeling ripped off!!
