Multiple times this location has disappointed. All my orders are cold after asking them to be toasted whether I order online or... in person. The recent experience comes from a visit where I had a coupon for 3 for 17.99 for three footlongs. I read the fineprint cautiously before coming to the store and it does not say a single word about excluding the sweet onion teriyaki sub, butaccording to their management and location they won't take the coupon for that sub. The owners and management should be ashamedto run this store with how terrible the customer service is. I love subway but this location is not it. I recommend taking yourmoney down to 91st and Olive and giving that subway a shot. Read more

I came in and there 3 employees, all very disrespectful. I started placing my order which I alway get the same way and when I... ask for my sub to be extra toasted the employees roll there eyes, I also had to remind them. Then when it came to the toppings Iask for heavy, heavy, heavy black olive, The employees just kept on be really cheap with them and keep in mind there wasn?t anymore black olives then what they usually put on. When I ask her to please put more she told me and I quote ?I will not give youanymore?. I alway get my sub this way and never had a problem no one said ?oh I can?t put any more on? or ?there is a limit?.Sowhy was I limited if I had to pay more I would have she could have just told me. Then I got a couple other subs same thing veryrube. My friend does not like black olive and found multiple in her sub. As well as we heard the employee talking about acustomer who called saying she found a hair in her sub. I'm not happy about even giving them 1 Star. I've been here a few times but today was a the last. We laugh in the office because... we all know how unfriendly the two women are that run this Subway. Today, before leaving the office for lunch I said to myco-workers, "I bet the ladies Subway Mean Ladies wont take my coupon. I was right. They did not take my coupon. I go to thisSubway because its close to my office. From now on I'll drive a little further and go to Jimmy John or Firehouse. These ladiesdo not deserve my business. I feel sorry for their employees. Ordered toasted sub and sandwich was cold they said they are franchise so there toast is set to a different timer then said it... was sitting when it only took a total of 15 minutes from the time I ordered it to get to me.
