Went there on a Saturday and experienced very bad customer service from the 2 behind the counter . in these times customers... have lots of choices to dine at , apparently the staff lacks customer service training or were never taught or don't care. Will probably order from the other Subways in the area. Don't recommend this place ! Read more
Apparently Kyle finds it appropriate to call young female employees (I didn?t catch her name) an ?asshole? and an ?asshole and a... half? in front of customers. It was in a playful manner, but how awkward, inappropriate, and, most of all, insulting andembarrassing to women, period. Kyle, a tip for you my man, women don?t like to be called an ?asshole and a half?, let alone intheir place of work. Apologize to her and grow up. The female employee was very friendly, professional, and made a greatsandwich. Thank you for that! This was a 5-star experience except for that crazy embarrassing moment. Read more

Stay away from here and spend your hard earned money someplace else. This is the second time in 3 weeks to attempt to get a... couple sandwiches. Walked in and waited about 5 minutes while Cory was making an online order, no big deal. Finally, I greetedhim with "how are you? and a smile. He shrugged his shoulders and muttered, who knows what. Finally placed my order and hecontinued to angrily throw meat on the sandwich half on and half off the paper. I asked if he was alright and he again shrugged.How in the world is this disrespectful kid allowed to work in your establishment? I don't think I'll be visiting the restauranton 43rd and bell again. $9 for a Chicken Teriyaki sandwich with a scant amount of meat. The steak, egg and cheese was a better value and they were... friendly. Service was very slow. I'd rather spend a few more dollars and go to Jimmy John's. Read more
