The bread is always hard. Not sure about the meat freshness either. It is a pass for me.

Today is July 23, I came into this store at 8:44pm and they close at 9pm . 16minutes is enough time to make a sandwich, however... that being said the old withered man in his late 70s with the hunchback had an attitude and was complaining the whole timesaying stuff like ?some of us want to go home? and that ?we came in a little late? loud and proud needless to say checking outwas uncomfortable and weird for me and the 2 other customers behind me. Don't go to this store with SNAP benefits. My roommate tried to purchase 2 footlong subs and every time he tried using his SNAP... benefits, it would decline. He then called his card and said he had more than enough money. Tried one more time. Card declined.Their machine kept giving a VXN error when trying to pay. She stated it does that all the time. That would make me get thatfixed. Went to Safeway to test the card and it worked with no problem. SUBWAY, STOP ACCEPTING SNAP UNTIL YOU FIX YOURMACHINE!!! Read more
I wish I could tell you I knew how the food tasted, unfortunately every time I've walked in I'm confronted by an old lady who... seems to be on one about not wearing a mask correctly. She even came straight out the bathroom to help me today, HOORAY! I absolutely LOVE subway, however this was the worst sandwich I have EVER gotten from any subway!!!! I ordered online. Asked for... heavy mayo n heavy oil and vinegar. I have never had a terrible experience with Subway until today!!! The worker was great, super nice, but the food was absolutely... terrible. I got a spinach wrap with turkey, provolone cheese and vegetables. I took my first bite into the wrap and I bit onsomething really hard, I thought I broke my tooth until I took it out of my mouth. I had another bite and the exact same thinghappened. I showed the worker and I absolutely hate complaining and will deal with most things because stuff happens and it?sreal people working with real food. I showed him the two hard pieces that I took out of my turkey and told him I was reallygrossed out and just wanted to let him know so no one else had to deal with that. He didn?t say much except for ?oh I?ll lookinto that.? Which I was a little shocked by considering something was in the meat that shouldn?t have been there. I continue toeat even though very disgusted, and I look at my sandwich, and it has the same hard brown piece that you can?t break with yourfinger! I am so disgusted by whatever what was in my food. I peeled this out of the turkey. Subway is the only fast food place Ireally go to and I don?t even think I can without being totally horrified and nauseated. Super rude and disrespectful , manager Eric has zero customer service skills . The young women making the sandwich must of been... having a bad day when we asked if there was different tomatoes she got flustered and said their all like that , said ok? andthen when it came to ask for condiments she drenched the sandwich is mustard and Mayo still mad about the tomato question? myhusband asked to speak to the manger which is Eric and he kept on repeating himself telling him we were still mad about tomatoesLOL!!! The only one mad about tomatoes was Eric and the girl. What we were addressing was the attitude that was uncalled for. Noreason to be nasty and rude cause you can?t handle confrontation when your called out for being rude. Do better completelyunnecessary all around . Don?t work in customer service or the food industry if you can?t be bothered with a question or askedto fix something you messed up . Again wasn?t mad about tomatoes lol. Read more
