There is this lady who wears all black and always wears a bun and she is so rude for literally no reason. Was in line for half an hour. It's 9am and they are out of everything. None of the Teas were available, no whipped cream, even... the items that were in the display weren't available despite the Barista saying "we only have what's on display."
