I was a loyal Starbucks customer for 28 years. Not anymore! Politics aside, the corporation should remain neutral on politics. I... am a special diet called keto. I usually head in the mornings to Albertsons deli on Cactus and 51st ave for a small portion ofmeats to consume at the store. I have done this for about 2 years at this location on Saturday and or Sunday mornings. Thebaristas that work there are rude do not acknowledge your presence. Many a time I initiate pleasantries like, " good- morning" Iam totally ignored. They are on their smartphones listening to pandora and texting. They so lazy and never clean the tableseither. This is the only Starbucks I don?t feel comfortable ordering at. I?ve been here several times because it?s where I do most my... grocery shopping, but I?m just going to switch to Fry?s because at least the baristas in that Starbucks don?t have badattitudes. The baristas at this Starbucks are (in general) rude, they throw empty containers instead of walking two steps to putthem in the sink. They also like to fraternize outside of the Starbucks booth, So you have to wait for them to stop congregatingwith grocery store employees (Or be alerted by grocery clerks with a ?hey woman, you have a customer?) before your order istaken. If I do find myself needing Starbucks before going to Albertsons, I?ll go to the drive thru at 67th and Peoria.Otherwise I?ll just do my shopping at Fry?s from now on. Read more

This is my favorite Starbucks! I stopped coming here for a while cause of the manager was extremely rude and seemed to be... bothered by having to communicate with customers! But they have new management and I love the staff they have now very friendlyand they make the drinks to perfection ???? And The place seems way more organized! Read more
I have never been more upset than I have been with a Starbucks. I have walked in multiple times to this Starbucks inside... Albertsons and have had terrible service in the recent months. The so called manager Liz has a poor attitude and is always rudeno matter what day it is. They never have anything ready or prepped because she is lazy. She is never actually at the Starbucksstore in Albertsons and is always having to be paged to come back to her post. She is usually the only one there because shedoesn't like working with others which she has told me herself. She stated she prefers it better that way. So yes her labor maybe low which is good but they get no service to make up for the low labor because she is consistently rude and I myself haveeven walked in seen her and left because I don't appreciate terrible customer service. Why would I want to go somewhere wherethe person is going to be rude and selfish and only think about themselves. If you don't want to put the work in and be pleasantplease don't work somewhere that is customer service oriented. Read more
Worst service I've ever received.. First I waited for at least 10 minutes before I had to ask one of the Albertsons? workers if... the Starbucks was even open.. then when Liz the employee who rudely approached me saying "wud up" to take my order at 10 AMcouldn't make my beverage due to her blender soaking in cleaning products. Terrible! The so called manager there who is the barista in the mornings is rude she is so unprofessional. while she is rambling... off with someone else or is "cleaning", She will ask you if you can wait so she can finish what she is doing. 5-10 min pass bythen She asks "WHAT YOU WANT" when your going to order. Once I try to order she also will recommend something else then what youordered and if you don't get what she recommends she rolls her eyes, walks away and starts slamming on blenders and from acrossthe bar she will yell what size I want. Its like it bothers her when someone orders. I don't understand why she is in thebusiness if she hates talking to people. For the first time I decided I would not order and told her I'd just walk away since itbothered her so much that I didn't want her peach tea and I wanted a caramel frapp. And when I told her I was just going to walkaway she said why and then said okay fine with me. Blended drinks were not blended, whole ice cubes were inside. $3+ for a single cake pop is robbery! Friendly staff.
