Tiffany was very rude and unprofessional she tossed the straws at my grandfather and I didn't even hand them toys. THEN she made... the wrong drink and gave ME attitude about it. Very rude and disrespectful. She never said a word just sat the drinks downdidn't even look at me or acknowledge me. Worst customer service I've ever had. VERY disappointed. Read more

Slow AF! Only one person staffed with a busy store. Got an Ice Tea and it had only a little ice and was warm as they didn't... shake it like they are supposed to. Just poored it added water some ice to my actual cup not the shaker. Man slowest Starbucksever and they don't know how to make drinks. The person before me they screwed it up and we had to wait for it to.be fixed. Witha single staff member it's horribly slow! Stay away if you see only one employee! Read more

The older lady with brown hair and glasses is the worst employee. She is so incredibly rude...just horrible. I've gotten the... worst vibe from her every time I come in, like I'm so annoying and such an inconvenience. This morning, I waited at the counterfor a few minutes before she came over to take my order. No "hello how are you" or anything. Then after she finished writing onthe cup she just walked away. Didn't tell me my total or anything, I didn't even know I was supposed to swipe my card. Then ittook her forever to make my simple drink even though there was no one else there, and when I got it, it was completely wrong! Ihave no idea what she even did to it. I am no snob when it comes to things like this, I'm always super polite when people getthings wrong, but if they are just downright rude, it's a different story. I just left.
