Every time I go to this location I get reminded just to make a further drive to get better customer service and better drinks. I... paid $8 for my coffee because I added a shot of espresso just not to get my shot. I just ended up leaving and not even askingthem to fix my drink because I had already waiting 15 min for my drink. This is the only location that disappoints me. Read more
I read all the reviews and people are so whiny and acting entitled!!! Terrible customers acting like they?re elite; letting it... out on the hard working baristas. Who face partners calling out, sick, running late (they are HUMAN) and not only that but forthis high traffic store this greedy-billion-dollar corporation only had two espresso bars. Instead of complaining; at thebarista (who are already working as fast and hard as they can, they?re probably burnt out from peak) you the customers; shouldbe angry at the CEO for not providing more espresso bars and machines!!! They are doing their best and they are so kind and theymake my drink correctly and if they make a human mistake, I don?t care. I appreciate them and their hard work and if they everunionize I would support them!!! Just got a drink for a friend of mine that was working at the time. She ordered on her phone and it was delivered to her work... place. She was very unhappy because they messed up her order. So I had some errands to run when I found out about what happened. I told her to give me her order and I'll personally go inside and get for her. My first time in Starbucks ???? felt weirdthere. If you mobile order after 9pm you still have to wait in the long drive thru to get your order. I work overnight at a nearby... business and have a short lunch break. I spent more than 1/2 of it waiting in line for an order that was prepaid and preordered.Staff was rude when communicating this policy. I showed up in my work uniform and they made no effort to accommodate. There wasa man( not an employee) in the lobby and another staff member just mopping. Read more
Worst experience ever, I placed a mobile order and then went to pick it up. They told us they're behind so understandable but... then like 15 minutes more we ask and then they told us that order was sent to a different Starbucks. The employee was rude,later we find out that she could've just remade it for us there rather than sending us to a different location. I know that itwouldn't change a thing but it would be the last time I go to the location. Read more
I have had good experiences at this location, but recently had awful customer service. I found a hair in my drink and upon going... in to get it remade, received no apology. The manager seemed very rude from the start. Not the best location. Read more
This was the first time I visited the new Starbucks at 91st Ave& Glendale. It's a big place with gracious baristas comfortable... seating, and attractive art. I'm into the iced pistachio soy decaf latte lately. Sure wish it was sugar free though! Thislocation also has a large covered patio area. I'll bring a book next time and relax for a while ???? This particular location is horrible for drive though. You have two sides of traffic trying to pull into one lane. The time... before last I was there some stupid B¡$&! drove right into the turn lane cutting off ten people waiting in line. It's normal tosit in this line for half an hour. Most recent visit they gave me one out of three items I ordered and had to wait for them tocorrect it. Read more
