Always has my order ready on time when I mobile order. Always friendly staff and clean seating area.
Friendly young lady made my drink and rang me up. My drink tasted good. She made polite conversation. The place was clean.
Today 8/15 at 8:18 pm I went to the drive through. The lights were on outside and on the monitor, and there was no indication of... it being closed. There was about five cars behind me. I kept saying ?hello? and no one answered. Then when I went up to thewindow, a tall girl with brunette hair hanging down made a rude face and put her hand across her neck and rolled her eyes. VERYRUDE. At least have the courtesy to put a sign up and say something at the window. There was at least five cars behind me and Idon?t think they know the store is closed. I tried calling and their phone seemed to be ?disconnected? Will not be returning.Cars behind me were extremely upset too. I enjoyed coming to this location until today. I placed a mobile order for an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I could... only taste the oatmilk in the drink and it looked lighter than usual. I went back so I could have my drink remade and when I washelped by Andrew it went downhill from there. As I was explaining to him that I couldn't taste any of the ingredients besidesthe oatmilk he asked me "you can't taste anything?" I replied "no" and then he tells me well thats a sign of covid. I was soshocked and furious by what he said that I didn't say anything. I could have said so much but I kept it professional and decidedto handle it a different way. My drink was remade as you can see in the picture there is a huge difference. I didn't enjoy mydrink either way because I was so upset and will not return to this place ever and will also let others know not to go hereeither. Read more
