This one's a doozy- My tatertots with cheese barely filled HALF the container. It was difficult to find stall number so my... online order was quite frustrating. To resolve that I would paint the number for the stall on the pole holding the screens. Wewere finally able to finish our order thru the app but after paying we realized that we should specify that the 2 icecream coneswe ordered needed to be in cups for our kids. We had quite a difficult and time consuming conversation trying to get the girl tounderstand what we were trying to do. 1st she read back our order to make sure we were talking about the right order. Weconfirmed it was our order. She then started stumbling over her words saying she couldn't find our order so we would need toplace a new order LOL. She had JUST confirmed it less than a minute ago. At this point my husband and I were super confused andfrustrated because the girl didn't make any sense. I literally told her let's just start fresh- just a new order for 2 ice-creamcones in cups. She had zero idea what that meant. The entire thing was ridiculous and there's no way that girl could have beensober. In the end she got someone else to help her enter the order and we were able to be on our way. That was entirely toomuch stress for 2 ice-cream cones. Read more
Payed $3 for a cup of ice, because let's be real that's like 4oz of 'coffee'. And they didn't have icing for the cinnamon... pockets - for over two weeks. I'm normally not picky, but this absolutely made me sad after a long day teaching. Good luck Read more
I haven't had Sonic in forever, and boy oh boy, was I not missing anything. This was disgusting. I live on 67th and Cactus and... by the time I got my food, grease had soaked through the bun and it was mush. The chunk of lettuce in the middle wasn't evenedible. I actually throw that part away when I cut up a head of lettuce. I asked for extra pickles and got 2. Good job on noonions though. The only part of of what we ordered that didn't just ooze grease was the pretzel, but I couldn't even eat thatbecause I felt sick from the 2 bites of the burger I took before I threw it away. Ok so half the chili and cheese is missing and the hot dog just thrown in there! The guy at the speaker talking like he is... hosting an auction! Slow Down can?t understand you. I was brought here for a fundraiser for my kids' school tonight. It was extremely busy and took a while, which is... understandable. By the time I got home, I discovered that they entirely missed one of my kid's orders, but I still got chargedfor it. It's way too much of a hassle to drive back over there over $4, but I won't be going back at all. The bun for my coneyis stale and the hot dog is tough, I'm just throwing this away and I'll nuke one of my kid's frozen corn dogs for dinnertonight. First time coming to sonic, service was good drinks were mostly ice than soda, the food is a completely different story. The... bacon in the burger tasted old and didn't really taste like bacon, it was loosing color. Never been so disappointed with Chili cheese fries. Medium-sized $4.39 and there were just about enough fries to cover the... bottom of the tiny box which was only about 2 inches wide by 5-6 inches long. Sonic, you are ripping off your customers. Youshould be ashamed of yourselves. Read more
