They did not make me feel welcomed. I paid way too much money for the food that I received. The quality of the food was low... grade and personally disappointing. I had to ask to speak to a manager to have my food re made. Only to get home and the chilitater tots taste like a box of salt. There was barely any chilli or cheese on the tots. A medium French fry which cost me almost$4 dollars had the amount of less than a small fry for McDonald's. The only thing that I enjoyed were the drinks. But even thatwasn't as described on the menu a slushy was really juice with a little bit of ice. Read more
Absolutely horrible service. My mother walked up and pressed the call button. 15 minutes of waiting only to be ignored by staff... until she final asked for service. Was told the button was broken and to use a car pull up. So she did and the same thing. Ittook 40 MINUTES for her to get any service this is completely Unacceptable. And when Attempting to call and speak to a managerthe call would instantly hang up. Read more
Honestly really really don't like this Sonic specifically. I can never order from there on the app if I'm at home, I have to go... down the street to literally anywhere else to mobile pay otherwise it declines any debit card I try to use. They always getsomething wrong with my order, most of the time they just forget to put the bacon on whatever bacon burger I order, unless it'snot for me, for example if I order you a toaster bacon cheeseburger and get myself the same thing, they will put the bacon onone but not the other. It's highly annoying. They also are always on the slow side even if they aren't busy. There are betterlocations that I prefer to go to even though they are well out of my way instead of being just down the street. Read more
Fries taste test! Sonic vs McDonald's vs Burger King. Sonic wins easily! They have more flavor and there was not one soggy fry... in the bunch! Corporate needs to change that window ad for 99c drinks before 10am. The tiny unreadable print says only softdrinks. I only order diet cherry limeade ever. Sign is misleading. The sweet carhop and I are both embarrassed and I end uppaying more than expected. Update 3-26-22 Half price drinks are worth dealing with the app. We both got our large diet cherrylime-ades! I also grabbed a bacon breakfast burrito. Not cheap, and a little bland, but very yummy with the sonic salsa. Iwanted to try it with the syrup ???? but I'm sure I would have gotten my car all sticky. Should have known it would be underwhelming when I pulled up to a broken drive through window? old grease taste to everything.... Old brown lettuce on sandwiches this thing reeks like oil I can?t even take more than one bite. All the cheese in mozzarellasticks was fried until it fell out of them leaving them hollow casings of old grease flavor?. 26.44 for a meal and only the twodrinks are edible, but also kind of taste like cough syrup from how much cherry flavor is in it. The bacon on my burger was a little to brown, but aside from that the server was polite and it's looks clean.
