I am currently having to eat cold food because they left my curbside pick up sitting on a shelf 25 minutes before I had to... finally go in and ask what was going to be told sorry we forgot to bring it out. Not only have I had a problem at this location every single time I've gone there, including my very first time, but just look at... these itty-bitty chicken strips. Compare my photo any photo on here including the one on their very own menu and tell me they'renot cutting strips in half but charging the same price. They're even smaller this time than the last time I was there. I assumeit's the same everywhere since I looked into it last time and found similar reports from other sites. I went through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. Not an issue I go back in there to get it resolved. The girl... prepping the food who was resolving my issue gave me the dirtiest look the whole time. She then proceeded to voice her rudenessasking why I was taking pictures of her. I in fact was sending the menu to a family member Asking if they wanted food since Ihad gone back. The employee was an African American lady with glasses. Luckily the manager Jessica stepped in to resolve thesituation and correct her employees lack of customer service. Jessica is a great leader and apologized on behalf of her rudeemployees.
