Picked up to go order and came home without my large Cajun fries. So annoying. I was the only one in line so how was that so... hard? I?ve been to other Popeye?s and their chicken nuggets are so nice and plump and crispy. These were NOT that. Disappointedand won?t be back. Read more
Was hopeful but disappointed again. I asked for different sauce and was told by the manager we don't have any as I'm looking in... from my car and see them. Fine I have sauce at home. I have tried really hard to overcome my issues with this place. Poor service, food lukewarm etc. tonight was the last straw.... Ordered a chicken sandwich and the bun was hard as a rock. The bottom bun was a little more ?serviceable? meaning only partswere not hard lock the top bun counterpart which was entirely hard. As I hate halfway through my partial sandwich I noticed alarge black hair on the chicken. You can see this in the picture. Needless to say I will not come back. The extend of myexperience is strictly at this location. My hope is other locations are better. Read more

Typically I like this location but the last few times the customer service is off and for the family meal we purchased was... sooooo not worth it. The items we got was a 10pc mixed chicken dinner with 2 large sides for 24.99 and we ordered an extra sideof gravy which brought out total to 31.00 and change. The mac and cheese was only half full and literally only enough for 1person, and the mashed potatoes were fine but never received the extra gravy only another mashed potato which never comes withenough gravy which is why we ordered and paid for a gravy. The pack of chicken was a joke, looked like we got all the tinypieces of chicken and I couldn't believe the amount we were charged but didnt get our money's worth at all. I didnt realize thatthe chicken was not enough to feed 4 of us, didn't realize the mac and cheese was going to be half full and didnt realize wenever got our gravy until we got all the way home and by that time I wasnt going to go all the way back. First time I went, they had no ice. Bizarre. This is my second time, and the attitude at this location tonight was unbelievable.... Just ordering you can hear how much she either hates her job or is having a rough day. Get to the window, she's rolling hereyes. The man who took my card wasn't much better and was annoyed I asked for bbq sauce, since nobody asked. Wouldn't look atme. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes in the drive through. Only about 5 or 6 cars ahead of me. I got the classic chicken sandwich &... fries. The fries were barely room temperature & the sandwich not much better. I got an odd lump of chicken, more like a shortfat hotdog rather than a chicken breast. The fries were tasteless, the sandwich tasted good, but would have been great if itwere hot. I'm surprised this location even got 3.5 stars. It lost my business. Read more
