Lake Pleasant / Happy Valley location MUCH BETTER!! I ordered 3 basic pizzas. Said would be ready in 30 min. Even email showed... exact time. I showed up over an hour from when I ordered and the pizzas weren?t done! In fact they even said it would beanother half an hour before they even got to it. I've always really liked Papa Murphy's. I think this may have been my first time to this location but it was great. I did an... online order and it was ready on the shelf when I arrived. Easy to cook and pretty yummy can't really complain especially at theprice....it's good stuff. I didn't realize when I ordered I got the 16inch pies....they were so big lol! This particular location does a great job making sure toppings are evenly spread on pizza. Good value for the price.

Very disappointed with our customer service at this location. I had made a mistake and didn?t realize what time they closed and... their online system allowed me to place an order that was ready for pick up 5 minutes before scheduled closing time. I arrivedwithin 10 minutes of my order being ready and the establishment was already closed. I received a voicemail (I had called andemailed regarding a refund) they informed me that the staff had actually left early so I wouldn?t have been able to get my orderwhen it was supposed to be ready anyways. I was really just bothered that nobody wanted to take the time to call me and informme of this ahead of time. I do recognize part of this is my mistake and I take accountability for that, I just wish I was givena phone call or something. Read more

This is our go-to pizza place. Always so fresh, fast, and good variety. Tried the taco grande pizza for the first time today-... yay for Cinco de Mayo! Papa Murphy''s offers a national promotion for $10 Tuesdays. But this particular franchise will not honor it. They supposedly... offer a $12 Tuesday for "any large pizza". Well, I was willing to kick in the extra 2 bucks, so I went in and ordered a largeChicago stuffed pizza. I was told that pizza, along with most of the pizza's on the menu, were not eligible for $12 Tuesdays.Despite the fact they have a large banner on the front of the store advertising "Any large pizza for $12 on Tuesdays". I wastold the owner would not actually allow it, despite their open advertisement. What savings is this?? I will never return to thisstore. WILLFUL AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!
