Beware when ordering delivery from this location! I made the mistake of paying with cash and the older Asian delivery driver who... brought my order insisted that my order was $5 more than what the checkout total was online. He did not come with my receipt andthen practically forced me into giving him a tip. Which tipping is not a problem but when you lie about the total of my order,then can?t even do the math with how much change to give me back and after all of that you make me give you a tip, that?s notright. A tip is a thank you gesture for your service, he lied about my total and could not even provide a receipt and Iunfortunately did not have my phone with me when he came. May 16th I called this location to find out where my order was. It has been well over an hour and the young man who answered the... phone told me my order was out for delivery. I never gave him my name nor my number. I asked to speak with a manager he said hewas. I asked to speak with his manager the GM informed me he will be in tomorrow. When I asked for his name he hung up. So hardto find good help these days and professionalism. Read more
If it was possible to put less than 1 star I would. This store has officially made me never order from Papa John's again. They... never answer the store phone just hand up instead. Wait time plan on an hour plus no matter what. No checks for quality andthe toppings are never consistent and not made in the Papa John's way. I worked at Papa John's before and this is how I know. Undercooked is a good way to explain how your pie arrives and typically cold. I put a complaint forward to cooperate and thestore manager was supposed to call, still waiting for the reply. Been going here since day one. This one is tucked away. However accessibility is extremely easy. Not a lot of parking however... well lit. Vrry easy menu to read. Meduim priced. We ave done both pick up and delivery. Service for us has always beengreat. Large portions and always have leftovers. The follow some safety covid protocols.
