Do not order from here. They are unprofessional and poorly staffed, all-around horrible service. Not only rude, but they're... thieves and dishonest. Bad service, bad management, bad company. Edit: And! They even refuse to answer the phone on a typicalwork day. You cannot resolve issues that they cause and they will not help you. The situation: I ordered 4 items online fordinner for my family, but this location did not inform me that they could not complete the order; when I got there they onlygave me 2 of the 4 paid items, and then REFUSED TO REFUND ME FOR THE ITEMS THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME. The females at the front (whohid under the counter from when I arrived BTW) assured me the manager would contact me LATER about MY MONEY THAT THEY STOLE at ALATER DATE, WHICH I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH, and after a week unfortunately this never happened. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTERTERRIBLE SERVICE AND ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. They stole money from me and I hated every bit of the experience. I just ate a chicken sandwich delivered and it was one step up from disgusting. I don?t know why my girlfriend likes this place.... The chicken was soft and soggy with hardly any condiments. Waste of money. Read more

I just finished my delicious sandwich and was just about to leave, but I can?t do so before mentioning the absolutely impressive... service I just received from Sally (at least that?s what it says her name is on the receipt). She was positive, upbeat, andreally went the extra mile tonight. After a long day of traveling, this really was a breath of fresh air. She?s truly an assetto the establishment. Never come here. The customer service is just the employees apologizing for the terrible food quality without fixing the issue.... Spent over 40$ for my wife and kids and the sandwiches had a single slice of meat on all three. Read more

Customer service is lacking, the restaurant is dirty and they got my entire order wrong! They also have zero gluten free options... and really didn't make any effort to help with finding what would work. I ended up getting turkey on a plate with bacon, that'sit. A friend got soup and it was cold. Its not a place that I will return to. Read more
