Definitely a hit or miss when it comes to chain food restaurants. Unfortunately I opted out of waiting in the long line at the... drive thru and decided to go in and order. I used the kiosk to place my order, was specific about my order. Everything lookedcorrect when visually checking the bag. When I got to my destination I was disappointed to find that I didn't have doublequarter pounders and had singles placed in the boxes. Went to buy the dog a treat after his good behavior at the vet. I ordered a hamburger and the guy in the speaker asked if I... just wanted the patty as to save money. Since the dog isn't going to eat the bread. I found that pretty awesome. He must begetting the hang of being a responsible young man, he gets it. My hat is off to him!! Read more

I want sure what this was called so I explained it to the manager ... She raid she did not know.. How can u know know what im... trying to find out the name of this now famous treat for dogs. I said im not sure what its called but its a cup with whip creamin it for my case my dogs??..?? I hold her i just found out about it but forgot the name.... Well its called a pup cup... Its acup with whip cream in it... Exactly what I said it was but to her knowledge she acted like she didn't know what I was talkingabout. . hummm a manager not knowing what a cup of whip cream for dogs is called... (Maybe pay attention in orientation ) or newproducts that came out. Or was she just being rude to me trying to make me feel uncomfortable about that... I really hate to saythis but my dogs got left out on the pup cup that night... All because I forgot the name but I explained it to a t... I drove almost 8 hours, I walked in to take a break and get some food and a gift card, I wasn't even greeted when I walked in... the door. The the 6, and sometimes more commiss More, employees stood back there having conversations about personal life. Theone associate who did walk up to help me looked at me 4 times before she actually spoke to me because other people were supposedto be doing it. Absolutely unacceptable. Service was good, employees were nice enough but too quick to walk away. This McDonald's is always very busy so be prepared to... wait in the drive thru. There's a lot of homeless people around and inside the building so I feel it's unsafe. If you do amobile order and have someone else pick up it doesn't work unless the opine you ordered from is there. This is ridiculous. Read more
It seems McDonald's are good or bad depending on the people working there. You know the food is going to be the same . So how... warm , how clean , how fast , is really the only difference. This Mickey D's is acceptable. Not cold , Clean enough , but it wasquick . Need more help there was only 2 people trying to handle a breakfast rush. Read more
I ordered 4 sausage burritos and was happy when they told me they had to make them and to pull around to wait. I was ready for... my fresh hot burritos...what I got were hard dry flour tortillas with very little filling. There was actually more cheese thaneggs in them. I was so disappointed.
