First, my order was missing a sandwich. Second, and most importantly, the person or manager at the window had either Covid or... Severe Flu. I asked her if she was sick, she told me she was. Her eyes were teary, she could barely utter words. The HealthDepartment must come by and see how many of these guys were sick. If I get sick from this interaction I will consult anattorney. No sick person(s) should handle food. Read more

I pulled in to get something to take home I ordered drive through and they said to pull around front so I did and waited about... 15 minutes and noone brought my food out so I had to go inside and they wanted to give me my order that had been sitting backthere so I requested a fresh order and had to wait another 10 minutes Read more

Once I got home I checked my order and I was missing 3 items. I called the store and the representative was rude. All he said... was ok and?thank you good bye and hung up on me. I called back and they didn't answer. It was really disrespectful. Therestaurant was dirty, staff was rude, specially the manager to customers and staff. She was making disrespectful comments aboutthe customers who didnt understand English. They were busy but I was still being polite and understanding, and she still gaveme attitude. Under construction but still my favorite McDonald's and Scottsdale Foods always piping hot and the customer service is amazing... even though it's driving right now it's being remodeled just like everything stays beautiful that's how I like it especially inScottsdale always my McDonald's for life you get the beer start back when she's ready to roll otherwise you still deserve fivestars only four rated today Read more

My son and I ordered our meal, which I thought cost more than it should but didn't get a receipt when we recieved our food it... was all wrong apparently there was a need guy who didn't know about specials.. what bothered me was being treated like acriminal for asking to be refunded and the correct food given. I explained myself to one employee who told her managerincorrect information then the Manager who had blond hair got snippy with me about asking to fix n make right instead gives meagain the wrong food and refused my refund she complained she couldn't because she had to explain herself to her GM!! THE FOODWAS HORRIBLE..AND SERVICE SUCKED..I WONT BE BACK. Read more

Service has really gone down. The online orders and drive through are more important than the customers that walk into the... restaurant. The wait is too long and you don't get acknowledged. I heard an employee tell the manager the area she was asked torestock was not her section and didn't want to do it. WHAT? That is her job to help where needed. The cashier that rang me upwas asked for ice cream cones and said after that he did them he was leaving because he was off at 7:00 pm and it was already7:15pm. I was glad to see the manager working as best she could but the workers clearly didn't want to move fast or care aboutcustomers. They manager asked several times for items and all I heard is yeah, I know. Read more

Run by high school kids with no motivation to succeed and or be professional. Order was wrong on both burgers for different... reasons. No mayo or tomato on both, no mustard on one. Staff walks around on their phones ignoring customers. Just adisappointment Edit. Staff have an attitude problem when I politely asked to have the order fixed. Read more
