Once I got home I checked my order and I was missing 3 items. I called the store and the representative was rude. All he said... was ok and?thank you good bye and hung up on me. I called back and they didn't answer. It was really disrespectful. Therestaurant was dirty, staff was rude, specially the manager to customers and staff. She was making disrespectful comments aboutthe customers who didnt understand English. They were busy but I was still being polite and understanding, and she still gaveme attitude. First, my order was missing a sandwich. Second, and most importantly, the person or manager at the window had either Covid or... Severe Flu. I asked her if she was sick, she told me she was. Her eyes were teary, she could barely utter words. The HealthDepartment must come by and see how many of these guys were sick. If I get sick from this interaction I will consult anattorney.
