I'm not even sure how this place continues to stay in business. The quality is through the floor. Food is garbage. Every bite is... like biting plastic. Went here because my wife likes their Hash browns. I didn't order anything. Read more

The service was not good. I had to repeat my order a few times. When I received my food it was all wrong n it was not correct.... The young lady who took my order wasn't paying attention n she look like she didn't even care n seen unhappy. No manners.Waited to get my oder for @ 20 minutes n there other customers who were getting upset. McDonald's need to get managers who caresn wants to do their job n keep their employees accountable n making sure that they R not messing up n talking to much.. Read more

absolutely nobody was in line when we pulled up in line around 9:25 PM we ordered two large meals and when we got to the window... the lady did not give us a receipt for one, and at the second window the lady had made medium drinks so we asked for our largethen they could not remember for the life of them our order and could not find it on the screen and after five minutes ofrepeating our order over and over again to the lady come to find out no nuggets were dropped for our order so they parked us asthey usually do, we waited outside for 15 minutes with nobody coming to the car so finally I went inside and waited another 10minutes before I could speak to someone when I did speak to her and told her I?ve been waiting for 15 minutes and my orderwasn?t made she went to the back and then started helping with more orders , after another 5 to 10 minutes I got a hold ofanother employee who was very sweet and made my order a priority after I told her how long I?ve been waiting and she evencompensated for the weight offering a Mc flurry instead we took chocolate milks? My dad smoked a whole cigar in our wait time ifyou know anything about cigars they take forever to burn we got home around 10 PM? Poor customer service Read more

Waited in line at the drive thru for 25 min.. couldn't move since i had people ahead of and behind me.. took forever for the... line to move. Finally get the first window to pay and the girl just walked away and didn't come back for a while.. then got tothe second window the boy repeated my order which was not my order i told him what my order was and said well I can't give it toyou because you didn't pay.. I said yes I did , I have my receipt and pulled my receipt out ,he didn't look at it he just closedthe Windows and came back with an attitude. He handed me my order and a happy meal which was NOT in the pumpkin bucket like iasked for and when i said what no pumpkin bucket ? He didn't even acknowledge me he handed me my food and closed the window onme . He didn't give me the drink for the happy meal either ..at that point I just left i wasn't going to wait any longer orargue with anyone ...horrible service at this location. Read more

Just left this place The plastic "silverware" was open when I got it, with the spoon missing. I paid for an extra hashbrown and... I did not get it. The cashiers customer service sucks ! She was a smart a**. Do this teenager's even get train ....? Read more

I would be shocked if this place gets any order correct. I finally got tired of our order not being right and stopped going... about 6 months ago. Today it was on my way home and I thought maybe they might get it right. Waited for my order for 20min, mynumber is called and I go up to a cranky person place my bag on counter and walk away. No cup for my drinks, I had to literallycallout to a person who finally walked by to get cups. Get home and of course once again the order is wrong. Read more

If you really want McDonald?s, just drive to a different one. I live on Luke AFB and have been coming here for 2 years since... it?s close, and my kid asks for it sometimes. Maybe once every month. I kid you not when when I say I?ve never been here and nothad to go back inside for something missing or wrong. They did have the friendliest crew there today, which was awesome. Today,I spent 45 minutes here. Waiting. I paid for my 3 meals at the first window and proceeded to the second. I was given a bag rightaway with one sandwich. He was super nice, and I let him know that I had three meals. He took it back and gave me 3 breakfastsandwiches and asked me to wait in the front of the building for the rest. I waited a little while and was brought somebodyelse?s bag. Easy mistake. They asked what I was missing and I told them the hash browns and drinks. I waited again. They broughtsomeone else?s food out and came to my window and asked what exactly I was missing. I told them the hash browns and drinks. Sheapologized for the wait and said she?d get them right away. She did and was super friendly. This crew probably had the bestcustomer service I?ve gotten here, but 45 minutes was much too long. TLDR: go to a different McDonald?s Read more

IDK what's been going on lately @ this location but I hope it stops! I've lived in the area for 20 years and this location has... become the worst location, within the past 3 years. I will get in the dive thru lane and honestly, I will wait there for about5 to a good 8 minutes, (5 different occasions) and no one will come on to ask what I would like to order or to even say just amoment please, I'd have to drive up to the window to place my order because no one came on! And all the times it was not evenbusy, I would understand more, if it would have been. The last 3 times the food was just terrible and inedible! Fish sandwichcold and hard, my fries cold and soggy and my 2 cheeseburgers were supposed to have no onions and it actually had extra! Don'teven get me started on the customer service! I always feel, (at least in the afternoon) that I'm bothering them or inconvincingthem! Some of the younger employees are just absolutely rude, absolutely rude, not personable not friendly, pretty much let metake your order and please leave, very rude and very disrespectful (in the afternoon, not early morning shift). The youngemployees are rolling their eyes when you ask for one sauce, a missing item or if you tell them your drink was wrong. Today"Judy," that's the name the manager gave me, was the one I dealt with, that was not friendly at all! I sat at the drive thruAGAIN, for a good 3-4 minutes, before she came on the speaker.
