Went to this location around 11pm. Put in an order for 3 people. Paid at the 1st window then got the majority of our food at the... 2nd, had to wait for our chicken. From the time we left the window to park for the rest of our order, our french fries werealready cold. After receiving our food we got home and the big Mac that was ordered was poorly made. No surprises here. At 11:30 pm this location was understaffed with stressed out employees. No sense in getting aggravated. We... chose to come to the closest 24 hour drive thru after the movies. Biggest disappointment was the cold and dried out fries withthe overcooked mcnuggets. We thought about getting back in line and handing the food back but the point would have been lost onanyone working there last night. Nothing seems to ever change at this location because it is the only convenient one in thearea. Shame on McDonalds that it won't matter to them. Read more
This location has the cleanest dining room. There is an employee that is constantly tidying up. The service seems to depend on... who is in charge that day. There was one weekend when the service was exceptional, and another weekend when I struggled to carryour meal to our table and the best the employee could do was offer me a drink carrier. Still, my family and I has mostly hadgood experiences at this location. Read more

Typical McDonald's and I know staffing is tight but this location is historically a little slow. They often have you wait in a... spot for your food. Once my wife ordered some food, including ice cream, and she got the ice cream from the drive thru but thenwaited over 10 min in a parking spot for the food. The ice cream was all but melted... I drove through about 1:30 AM and there were my two friends ahead of me, each was ordering a burger and a drink or a combination... meal. I ordered using McDonald?s app. It seems like it took quite a while probably eight minutes, much to my surprise I receivedmy order but my French fries were my friends in front of me. He had ordered, as he always does french fries without salt. Whenwe met later he said his were uneatable because they were so salty and cold mine on the other hand were extremely hot but nosalt. I did not enjoy the no salt fries. I know that?s personal taste but I prefer them with salt. So they patched up two ordersby switching the fries. End of the world no not at all. But when there are only three cars with three simple orders it shouldn?tbe that difficult therefore three out of five stars. And no napkins. Read more
