very disappointed with the "customer service". I ordered for pick up on 8/19 and it was completely incorrect; many items were... missing and the food was made incorrectly. I spoke to Jesus who was very apologetic and said the food could be remade withoutcharge any day. I told him I would call the the following monday 8/22 and I then had to argue with the "manager" who was at themost 17 years old to have that honored. He tried to charge me again, then tried to nickel and dime me to pay for sidesafterwards. I was told at the end when I came to pick up "next time can you bring the food back if you want it remade?" to whichI declined. I will never eat there again! if this feedback reaches them, let it be a learning opportunity to accept fault andresponsibility when a pick up order is done incorrectly. you do not handle mistakes like this. and one of the orders was STILLmade incorrectly and came without the correct sides after all the hassle. The food was bomb. I got the street tacos and my husband got the enchiladas. Both plates came with rice and beans. I was too... hungry to take pictures but it was delicious. The decor is super cute. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the guy takingmy order, he wasn't friendly. Idk if he was having a bad day but it seemed like he was bothered. However, it can be a one offinstance. Read more
I passed by here driving a few a days ago and finally decided to give it a try. I placed an order for pickup and the gentleman... who took my order and helped me inside the restaurant was very friendly and patient as I ordered friends food too for pickup.Everything was very delicious and full of flavor. I definitely want to come in and sit down to eat because they have really coolartwork / Knick knacks on display. Highly recommend giving this place a visit!!! Read more
Hubby and I were craving tacos. Stopped in to this little restaurant gem. Yum!!! Street tacos, carnitas; so flavorful and... delicious. Washed it down with a grapefruit Jarritos. Adding this place to our regular lunch/dinner spots. Highly recommend!!! Read more
We went here on a whim, which turned out to be the best spontaneous decision made. The family that runs this location is... passionate about cooking and making sure their customers have the best experience. We were offered samplings of the meatfillings, which were all tasty. I went with the vinegar shredded chicken and at the recommendation of the cashier, chose the wetburrito. My fellow foodie had the beef barbacoa street taco combo. There were fresh,condiments ( Pico de Gallo, very hot to mildsauces - red and green, roasted Chile's, pickled peppers, limes etc. and a divine cilantro sauce) to choose from.
