Placed an pepperoni pizza an crazy bread order online an was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Arrived at location 25... minutes after placing order to find they were not using the online order hot box thing where I would enter a code to receive myfood. Instead waited an additional 15 minutes for my food while watching people who were ordering their food at the counterreceive the orders right away. Was very disappointed. I normally love Little Caesars, but my most recent experience was terrible! I ordered delivery and got a totally wrong order. I... called the customer service number plastered on the receipt and box. I waited for 20 mins but no one picked up. I left adetailed voice-mail but no one has gotten back to me. This was a week ago. I called the store and waited on hold for 12 minuteswith no answer. I left 3 reviews on the Little Ceasars website but no one has contacted me. I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas andgot regular pizzas with totally different toppings. I spent $40 to get 2 pizzas that I did not order and could not get themfixed! I am still so mad that I don't ever want to go back. Why order from somewhere if you cannot even get in contact with anycustomer service member anywhere? Also, do not offer a complaint box, if you do not actually review the complaints. They refuse to answer the phone. I forgot to mention an allergy in the app and it should be a simple fix but I've called 5 times... and they refuse to answer. If they're in the store making food they can answer the phone. They're literally forcing me to wastemoney. This is beyond unacceptable. If you have a phone number listed you have a responsibility to answer. Read more
