We used to go here before for our Friday movie nights but the quality has really dropped off. My wife asks for light sauce every... time and the last 5 times they haven't done it. On top of that, we're given time frames to wait but usually find ourselveswaiting for 45 minutes over what we were initially told. Read more
Horrible customer service. No verbal communication plus the manager won't even talk to customers when they do stupid things that... don't make any sense. Who cancels a online order completely when you run out of deep dish pizza but have the other type of pizzathe customer ordered... A phone call would of been nice to let the consumer know and let us decide what we want to do. I willnever go back to this location. What a waste of my time. By far the absolute worst location I called in my order at 4 pm he said it would be ready by 430 I was like why so long and he... said they were extremely busy I come in at 430 pm and they are extremely DEAD NOT ONE CUSTOMER. I get to the counter she said myorder has not even been started. I look in the back and 3 employees are playing on their phones the phones are ringing off thehook and no one could be bothered enough to put their personal cell phone down and answer the company phone this is the absoluteworst thing I?ve ever dealt with. Ordered 2 extra most bestest pizza they said it would take 40min and so I waited only to receive the regular pizza. Didn?t take... pictures or call them after waiting for so long I just wanted to eat. Make sure to check the pizza before you leave. Read more

I understand that it was dinner time and it was busy but the cashier in the restaurant was very soft spoken could hardly hear... her. They had a sign up front below the register for a Detroit style pizza and bread and soda and they just decided on the spotthat it was not available. The next day the offer was still up why is it up if it isn't available! People were getting upsetthat service was taking 40+ minutes for cheap pizza. Plus the Detroit style pizza looked nothing like the commercial it was moreoval shape than square. Just all around bad service. Read more
