Went to Lenny's located at 59th Ave. on Saturday 8/13/22. Entered the dining area and waited at the counter to place our order.... There were 5 of us in our party. Of the 4 people behind the counter nobody took our order or even acknowledged our presence.This after we stood there for approximately 10 minutes. There was 1 other person in the dining area. Several cars waiting fortake out. We left after not receiving even the slightest indication that we would be waited on. Went to Freddy's where we weregreeted. Orders were taken immediately and we were asked twice by employees if everything was satisfactory. We have dined atLenny's numerous times in the past but this experience has soured us on any further outings to this facility. Additionally, thelast 2 times we have been at Lenny's we had to clean the tables of remaining food and items left on them. Not a very cleanenvironment. Read more
Not sure where all these 4 and 5 star reviews come from. Yes the food at any Lenny's is great. But THIS location has... consistently had the WORST customer service on the planet. Every time we go we are either missing items or the order we receivedis just straight up wrong! I love this place and it's a legacy of Glendale for sure, they just gotta hire some better kids toservice the customers. Read more
Everyone raves about the burgers but today I was very impressed how delicious the beer battered cod fish sandwich is. The tarter... sauce tasted like a zesty ranch but it was really good. I always get a shake when I come here too. It's good to see them openinside finally. Read more
Great burgers, Definitely worth a stop by. Fries seem a bit over priced IMO but were still good.
Place closes at 10pm. Showed up at 9:30 and the lights were off. There was another car in the drive through so I got in line.... Ordered a cowboy burger they didn?t have onion rings to go on it. Ordered a ranch burger. They didn?t have sprite. Ordered ashake. The shake machine wasn?t working. Got the food home (5 minutes tops away) and the fries were barely warm. I could barelyfind ranch on my burger. My gfs cowboy burger had bbq sauce on 1/4 of it. Meal was $26 and change.. not worth it. Why even stayopen to frustrate longtime customers? Lenny?s Burger dinner is a legendary place. Worth stopping by to get a burger (good selection) and a shake. The selection of... shakes is big so you will have to choose between several different flavors. 4/5 stars just because the burger was cool (not theaverage warm). Read more
Talked to 2 different girls on the drive thru. Waited 20 mins for my food as the talked to each other, going back and forth,... organizing receipts and 10 mins into it saw our bags of food just sitting there for the last 10 mins then go home to a messyburger and cold fries. I rather go the extra 15 to go to the I17 & glendale location. Read more
I can't say enough about how amazing this place is. Rite from the start the smell of the char broil grill takes you back to a... different time. The decor inside is a look back at how things were in the 50s. The food was exactly what you would expect fromthat time period amazing.. Absolutely thought the staff went over and beyond. If you are looking for that authentic 1950s vibeand taste don't hesitate to stop by and enjoy for yourselves. Wish I could leave 10 star review.. Read more
