This was worse experience I had at a kfc omg!?! The chicken was not cooked all the way and the mashed potatoes I had more gravy... on it. It was so disgusting I mention to the girl that works there and I told her I'd like to have a refund. She looked at merolled her eyes and said we don't do refunds. My order was ready quicker than expected and the chicken was crisp and hot and exactly how I wanted it. The manager was working... the front and he was very friendly! I will definitely be coming back to this KFC! Read more
11/9/21 1600I ordered one crispy chicken meal and and extr sandwich for an early am flight. The first sandwich: the chicken... tender covered 1/2 the bun? yep it was an over cooked chicken tender. The second sandwich had two medium chicken tenders on thebun. Not as advertised AT ALL! I?ve had this sandwich before and it was amazing. These terrible! 2 stars only because the youngman who took my order was extremely customer conscious in a good way and the youg lady at the window was very sweet as well. There is very good service at this location, I come in every few days for lunch. This KFC is also part Taco Bell. The cashiers... are always friendly and helpful. I got my order right. I got my food very quickly. The restaurant was clean and well lit. Idined inside this time. I recommend eating here or ordering out in the drive thru. Read more
Staff is friendly that's why gave 2 stars. For the food I would give negative reviews if I could. Ordered vegetarian Mexican... pizza $5 that has only beans and cheese. But have to messed up all the time . Staff needs more training for kitchen. Verydisappointed. Ohhh forgot to mention dosen't look like they change their oil because the Mexican pizza shell were stale. I cantell it's the oil. Read more
We got the family meal and ordered the chicken tenders and the boned in chicken. We opened the mashed potatoes and they were... almost see through. There was no consistency to them and they had a sour taste. We were very disappointed and had to throw awayhalf our meal. We got coleslaw and mashed potatoes and so when the mashed potatoes were out, it made for kinda a crummy meal. Probably won't go back and we pray we don't get sick. The flavor was off for sure. I have never had any issues with this restaurant, until tonight. Ordered the nacho fries and they filled the cartins half full.... I also ordered two crunchy tacos made with refried beans and an extra soft taco shell, double decker tacos. But they couldn'tget that right, there were hardly any refried beans on it. The only thing they did get right where the burritos. I also tried tocall and talk to a manager, but no one answered my calls. Read more
