Our waitress was too busy on her phone out of the two hours we were there relaxing as a family she came to check up on us once.... A different waiter that was serving tables came to our table to give us refills and tend to our table. When we were leaving wesaw the same male waiter on the grill cooking and the female waitress was still on the phone. We gave the guy a tip for treatingour table when he didn't have to. This was my first time ever eating at Johnny rockets I will return only if I get the malewaiter otherwise need to focus on guest service. Read more
Food was delicious. Atmosphere with the 60s diner feel was wonderful Staff was great. The cook told us "oh, so this is your... first time? You'll be back". Meaning that we would enjoy the food and be return customers. Luv this place. Read more
So I went to a Johnny rockets last week at AZ Mills and they had horrible service, well.. This Johnny Rockets never dissappoints... they have amazing customer service! The staff is super friendly and even with my complicated order they were super patient withme about it. Definitely recommend coming to this location their food is amazing! Read more
Whoever owns this restaurant should be absolutely ashamed! It?s disgusting, I didn?t bother taking pictures of the disgusting... bathrooms as there are reviews that go way back on that subject the amount of filth is disappointing considering you pay anaverage of $14 for a burger and fries which were nothing to write home about they are equal to going to a Carls Jr. ActuallyCarls Jr is better. This restaurant could be SO GREAT, and I think that?s the reason I was so disappointed. The burgers, fries, and shakes were all... incredible. Servers were attentive and friendly, but it is very clear that cleanliness is not Jonny Rocket?s strength. As you first enter the restaurant you're greeted with the smell of grease which is unpleasant at first but becomes unnoticeable... after a few minutes. The burgers were decent at best, and quite juicy so get ready to use a lot of napkins. The shakes here areusually pretty good, sadly this time around the Oreo shake we ordered was quite disappointing as the shake was pretty fowltasting, a little spoiled even. The food was fine, my burger was greasy and bland and my onion rings were all stuck together but tasted good. but this location... needs a new manager that actually cares about appearances. Black crud on the seats, sticky floors, a whole in one our seats andcrayon on the back boards. The server station only had one bulb functional. I shudder at the thought of what the kitchen islike. I went to the movies and decided to stop and get a burger and shake. The oreo shake was good. The burger ok. But the fries was... old and cold. When the server got back to us we were already done. I told him the fries was old and cold. He asked me did I wantfresh fries. ???? they should have been fresh. And didn't offer to take it off my bill. NOPE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE NOTWORTH $40.
