So slow literally here for 10 min waiting for them to not talk and make a #1 going back to unclean subway
This use to be a friendly place. Dropping the sandwiches in the bag like they (saying they as to not point out who it was)... hated their job ..Not one person cracked a smile. I've worked with the public and I get it..but wow...not friendly....maybe badmanagement?? Maybe just make it a good place to work again.. Read more
Ordered 3 sandwiches to go. Got all the way home to discover one sandwich had nothing on it. They wrapped up the bread - that... was it, nothing else. Had to drive all the way back to get a new sandwich. Employee looked at me and all I got was "oh sosorry". Someone with better customer service probably would have offered a bag of chips or a free drink for the inconvenience.???? Oh well guess we'll look elsewhere if we want better customer service...and sandwiches with meat. ????.. Read more
As someone who frequents other Jimmy John?s locations on a regular basis (weekly basis) I have never had this kind of... experience. Of course, here and there there are a few hiccups but it?s always corrected and they are SUPER DUPER nice overall .I came to this location as I happened to be on this side of town. I get the same thing every time. I asked for avocado on mysandwich and I had MAYBE 1/4 of a tablespoon. The bread was definitely a bit stale. Basically zero mayo and the meat wasn?t evenput on there like it usually is, as in, most of it didn?t actually make it inside the sandwich. I know that usually they do havethe meat coming out but this was just sloppy. I just went and BOUGHT a side of avocado since I was about 3 bites in and I couldNOT taste ANY AVOCADO. I didn?t mention my sandwich had none or anything to them. Now usually the container is pretty full.Maybe not all the way but pretty full. When they gave me the container I asked ?isn?t this supposed to be full? regretfullyafter paying $1.50 for it. One of the staff members says ?serving size is a table spoon.? As I am holding it up looking at itand then at her. I simply said ?okay.? no arguing no anything. I went and finished my food. Terrible sandwich and service!!! I ordered a veggie sandwich and added peppers. When I got home I opened the sandwich and looked... in it and I didn?t see any peppers. I drove back up to the restaurant and nicely said, hey I was in here 5 minutes ago and youforgot the peppers on my sandwich. The guy preceded to ask me if I had the sandwich or my receipt I didn?t. I drove all the wayback home, wrapped the sandwich up and brought it all the way back up to the store. He looked inside the sandwich, moved thelettuce and there were 3 measly peppers. I am just simply appalled by the service and the sandwich. He seemed like I was tryingto con them out of peppers or something with the way he was speaking to me. They have a jar of those peppers - bigger than agallon in the store, so why was is such a big deal? Then he wouldn?t even add more peppers on the side for me. Not to mentionthere was barely ANY condiments on the sandwich to begin with. The only thing you could taste on the sandwich was mayo becauseit was drowning in it. Don?t waste your time at this poorly managed store with rude employees and stingy, deprived, disgustingfood. You want a bread sandwich? Head on over to jimmy johns. Another solid Jimmy John's experience and another delicious J.J. Gargantuan sandwich! This looks like a new location and the... speed is the fastest I've seen at any Jimmy John's. Their slogan for delivery is "Freaky Fast" but my sandwich was handed to meright as I finished swiping my debit card. That was SO fast it literally WAS freaky fast. It blew me away... and so did thesandwich! :) Read more
