The 2 girls working on September 30th 2022 ,were not Busey at all ,and to Busey talking or playing on there phones , or just... talking between them,to take the time to call us up for our drinks so they just sat on the counter and melted! I was excited to use my coupon for my buy a smoothie get a free food item. I brought it to the counter and the girl said ?we... don?t have that food item right now so I?ll just give you whatever?. So I tell her I will wait for my friend because she wants asmoothie and will both get a smoothie instead. I told my friend it looks like we get a free smoothie because their app is notworking. Then I go up to the counter and we both order a smoothie and she charges me full price and I said I thought you weregoing to give it to me for free? She said I did not say that and I said you?re most certainly did say that. And then I said wellcan I just use my coupon then? And the coupon was not working from the Jamba app. So then she brings somebody else over and theyboth were extremely rude and said we can?t help you the coupon is not working. I said you mean you can?t give me a food item forfree when the app clearly says it? She says no we have to have a reason to give you free food. Totally rude staff. The teenager at register literally threw my husband his straw and said have a good day while my husband was... extending his hand to grab straw. My drink was overfilled and he still went on to put the lid and dripped over the sides andover the lid and did not even clean it and gave it to me like that. I was dumb enough to clean the messy cup myself instead ofsaying something. Read more
I was told they were closed when I approved to get a drink just before 8:30 pm, I asked her what time they closed and she said... at 9:00pm but their blender was broken. Its odd to me that all the blenders would be broken at once. I really wanted somethingto drink, hope all the blenders get fixed soon ???? Read more
The Caribbean Passion Fruit smoothie is so good. I haven't been to one of theses in years.
Jamba Juice is fantastic! The only reason I gave it four stars is because they are really pricey. My blood sugar was low, so I... needed something like juice pretty fast. I was greeted enthusiastically, my order was taken fairly quickly and I received myjuice combo within a reasonable amount of time. This was a long time ago, so I don't remember exactly what I ordered, but I doremember that I loved it! Also, the place was very clean, which is important to me. I would recommend Jamba Juice at Arrowheadto everyone. Read more
This store is so cute and so conveniently located in the center of the food court. Whenever we?re shopping we always have to... stop by for our smoothie fix. There are two workers there, Atlas and the Manager with the Orange hair, that always make ourdrinks with so much care. They are the sweetest! We appreciate this location!! My kids and I love Jamba ??
