I stood at the register, only person in line and after 5 minutes was still never helped. Twice I was told that someone would be... with me, no one ever came to the register. While I was standing at the register not getting helped I noticed boxes of what wouldbe frozen chicken tacos just sitting on the back counter warming. --UPDATE-- Jack in the Box commented on my review and askedfor more information, so I provided them with my contact number, and its been a month now and no contact. If I can score lower I would. Bad food. We live close by. Ate here a few times always stale food. Buns are crispy from being so... old. Fries taste like old oil. Once your done eating here you literally have the taste of oil in your mouth. Don?t waste yourtime eating here it?s not really jack in the box it?s a junk restaurant pretending to be. Read more
This was bad experience I had asked for two tacos, only received one ????. I also asked for two ranch sauces one franks I got... all barbecue that was my bad I should of checked. Lastly I asked for a coke I?m not even sure what I got but it was nasty ????.Also I?m not sure but that girls at the window was not very nice she seemed bothered when I ask her for the sauces, maybe that?sshe said your only getting barbecue ????. We got breakfast jacks and a couple hash browns this morning. We were handed the bag and my husband grabs the hash browns out... of the bag and very HOT grease starts pouring all over his hand and pants. He has a small burn on his hand and grease stains onhis pants. Having grease is normal, but having so much Hot grease still pouring out of them onto your customers is notacceptable. Read more
Whoever worked on May 10th at 3:57pm (time of order), needs to get better at their job or find a new one. I ordered a 50/50... chicken combo box but only got spicy. I also ordered a yellow Powerade and got watered down Powerade (you can clearly tell it?swatered down), also ordered a sprite which was pure carbonation water. They parked us to wait for the food, just to give us poorquality drinks and food. Read more
Driving to our hotel after a nightmare flight looking for food at 3am...McDonald's shut the lights off on us when we drove in so... we decided to try Jack in the Box. We're SO glad we did! The employees were so friendly and the food was AMAZING. We were sohappy we went back for a last dinner before flying home and it was still awesome - hot and fresh. Thank you, Jack in theBox!! Absolutely the worst jack in the box experience ive ever had. Had to yell into the speaker box so loud 4 cars back wondered if i... was irate. The lady taking the order confirmed my order 3 times then still got 1 of 2 entree's wrong. Got to the window and hadto remind the cashier that two combos comes with 2 drinks bot one. Then hands me the wrong second drink, shoves my food into myhand so aggressively i almost drop it while avoiding eye contact and all too engrossed in whatever her coworker was saying toeven attempt to try with my order it seems. 0/10 couldnt be paid to visit this location again and its tainted my view of Jackgoing forward Read more
