I'll be completely honest I came here to put down a 1 star for the recent terrible night shift service. However I've been coming... here for YEARS without any complaints and I didn't want my first review to be a one or two star. That didn't feel right given mypast experiences. However, me and a friend of mine were there the day before yesterday and the night shift lady taking theorders and that is at the window was absolutely abysmal. We repeated our order SEVEN TIMES AND SHE STILL GOT IT WRONG. Its notlike we ordered half the menu, it was one sandwich and 6 tacos. She got the sandwich AND the number of tacos wrong because shewas too busy being on her phone and playing with her nails to care about anything else. The QUALITY of the food though waspretty damn good. I got the wrong sandwich and it was still tasty despite how irritated I was. Read more

It's kinda funny. I had my order taken and gave payment, and then got told I couldn't receive my food because "the systems are... down." How is my order able to be taken, and payment is able to be received when your systems are down?......didn't get a refundor my food. Oh, also, not to mention, there was two cars in front of me that received their food. 10$ is a lot in this economy. Read more
A funny addition to my food?upon arrival at the window several minutes after ordering my food i was greeted by laughing... employees?I thought to myself how could working at jack in the box in the middle of the night be funny?? Then I got home andstarted to eat my food and found this little piece of a plastic tag in my food and realized why they were laughing!!!????????????????????????I?ve lived here for 33 years and have always utilized this jack in the box until tonight?I will never beback and encourage anyone else reading this to steer clear!!! Honestly, this is the worst Jack I have ever been to. There are these two women there and they persistently go out of their way... to destroy my order. I ordered tacos once and they scraped the meat out and put just lettuce. I would not recommend coming herebecause those two women are the most immature and incompetent children I have ever come across. Read more
