If I can give them no stars I definitely would. I received A message from DoorDash first stating that they never got the ticket... for my order when it clearly states that this location received. When another Dasher was sent up there they explain to her thatmy order was given away and they refused to remake my order after paying $30 for my food because they never received a tickettotally contradicting on which situation was true. I had to cancel my whole order and Having wait 3 to 5 days for a refund whenthey could?ve just easily make my food. Seems like they did not want to do their job today Very poor customer service. DON'T GO HERE! The cashier got mad at me because I had a lit cigarette in my car. I tossed it to make her happy and then she got... really mad, started talking smack under her breath and walked back to where my food was being made. I can only assume that shewent to do something to my food, so I left without it and let them keep my $$$. I'll NEVER GO BACK! Read more

Came to have lunch with mom and four kids. It was a last minute lunch and I don?t live close to this locations but the kids were... hungry and I was strapped for cash. I could not believe the sight of the restaurant. Every singe table was covered with trash,crumbs and greasy fingerprints. I the door was grimy and so gross. I immediately asked to talk to the manager. A young man cameout and I told him about the problem. He said, ?then eat somewhere else.? I couldn?t believe it. I asked for his boss? name andnumber and he refused to give it to me. He was not wearing a uniform or name tag. The other employees seemed very nervous. Andignored me when i asked them for help. I did leave after arguing with this ?manager? who clearly didn?t care about anything. Ireached out to the corporate office with no response only the one that asked if my problem was solved to my satisfaction. Iemailed them that it was not and that I didn?t hear back from anyone. Again, not response. The Glendale Jack in the box isdisgusting and I will never return. UPDATE: to the owner, I did reach out the same day this happened. No response from Jack inthe box. So after a long days of work ( paint on my hand still) I go and order some food, chicken sandwich was good, curly fries a... little on the crispy side. And 2 tacos that had no meat....when did they start doing vegan tacos?...disappointed... Tuesday may28, midnight , went to give this place a 3rd try, chicken.
