Service is consistently slow, employees are always rude, and every time I have been here since moving to Glendale, I have always... been asked to pull forward. The one time I go when there is no one in line and only two cars pulled forward and the milkshakemachine is not working. I probably would have had better luck next door at McDonald's who easily had 15 cars in line. Read more

I used to love Jack-in-the-Box so much but now the food is terrible. I keep going back and giving you one more chance and... everything is cold and greasy. I’m thinking how can I mess up a taco. Today I thought I’d try one more time and get the meatlovers burrito. It was so greasy the grease was coming through the tortilla the cheese wasn’t melted and the burrito was coldlike all the other food. I look over at McDonald’s and they have 25 cars when Jack-in-the-Box only has two in thedrive-through. That should say at all. Read more
Yes visited on Tuesday the 19th. Walked in no one up front. Stood for a few seconds. Guy comes out on his phone. Phones have all... kind of GERMS!!! Took my order and started cooking. Two more came from the back. Only one PERSON washed there HANDS!!!. When Isaid some thing about washing there HANDS, she said that there are sinks in back. So why did she wash in the front of the store.These people need to be more CLEAN!!! But my breakfast jack was cooked good. The tacos were cooked a little to SOFT!! No crunchto them. Read more
Ordered #22 all we got was sandwich no drink or hash browns ordered #30 jumbo platter (very small portions) no receipt.... Definitely not worth the $18 we paid. Not visiting Jack anytime soon..... Read more

Man I just came to this place and the customer service was so rushed! I ordered these tacos and they are SATURATED IN OIL if you... can’t see for yourself. NOTHING WAS FRESH! I’m very disappointed. I came in this morning to order tacos. The cashier lady asked if I wanted sauce so I specifically said "yeah can I have 4 sweet... and sour sauces". I payed and she asked me to pull up front. I was okay, however, once I receive my order I made sure my saucewas there, it was not and i asked them to give 4 sweet and sour sauce. Gave them 10 min and nothing there was no traffic behindme so backed up to the window and asked for my sauces. I a bit upset since they asked me prior of giving my food and the secondtime outside. The cashier lady then said to me you don't need to give me attitude. This was the same lady if i wanted any sauceand still there was no one behind me. You would understand as a customer you would be upset to just get sauce was ridiculous.The cashier lady then explain it wasn't her fault, it was my coworker that hand me the food outside. but then realized thesauce was still by her. She than handed me that sauces rudely then she said some rude comments that starts B**** . I worked inthe food industry and this is so unprofessional. When I get home my food is cold and super oily and didn't receive a receipt.Also the second person was outside smoking while I was waiting to get my sauces, the only reason i found out because I back upand he smoked by the drive thru curb.
