Very impressed with the professionalism of the person in charge, manager, during an incident with another customer. Not sure... what it was completely, however customer ended up throwing part of her order at the outside door. Manager/P.I.C. maintained hercomposure, inspite of the aggressive behavior towards her. Just tried to go threw the drive thru and was told I had to come inside because the drive thru register was down? now I know the... headsets are cordless and they could process the transaction on one of the other two registers in the lobby the fact that thestaff is that lazy to not walk the extra 10ft. I called ahead of time to make sure that my daughter grandson and I could dine in and while the dining room was open I was given... my order bagged as a to go order but there were no napkins no fork no dressing for my salad. They say that they don?t offer atray to dine in and they don?t leave condiments napkins anything else for the customer to get it themselves because of Covid, Ithink it?s laziness. Read more
