I would give 5 stars for the pizza itself. The customer service is terrible. I hadn't received my order and called twice and... found out the driver delivered my order to the apartment complex next to me. This is not the first time this has happened withthis location. Always good BUT don't ever try to order over the phone. We had a credit on our account for some free meals, that the manager of... the store told us to call the next time, give our number, and they would repeat the order. First time I called, Benjamin triedtransferring us, and the line disconnected. Called back and spoke with Adam. I explained our situation to him, and he just said"Okay, so what do you want to order?" I explain in further detail, and again... "okay, so what did you want to order?" This wenton 3 or 4 times before I just gave up and drove to the store instead. The customer service in this store was excellent. I could tell he wasn't having a good night but he greeted me with a smile and... gave me my order. Then I asked him about their new pumpkin bread and told him I would like to order some he put my order in thewarmer while I waited for the bread to get done. Very nice of him. Read more

I ordered pizza and boneless wings at 12:26 pm ,with 40 minute,delivery time. No pizza was delivered after four hours of waiting... and several phone calls. They promised to deliver one at 5pm it's 5:28pm and another promise broken.If you want pizza go somewhere else. Read more

Horrible customer service. Person on the phone was new and she was rude. Had a 40 minute delivery time, took almost 2 hours. If... you know your slow and don't have enough staff, don't say delivery time will be 40 minutes. We ordered stuffed crust, it wasn'teven stuffed at all. Wasn't even done all the way. My Buffalo wings were mediocre. Wings weren't coated well at all. Didn't getthe extra sauces that were ordered and payed for. Everything was cold. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. Historically they've been fantastic, hence giving the 2nd star. But I ordered 3hrs ago and can't get through on the phone to... cancel. They're apparently delivering through Doordash and more than one driver has sat outside then cancelled. Please eitherpay employees enough to show up or stop taking orders. Read more

The pizza itself is amazing. PHONE ORDERING SUCKS. Every recent review says the same. The Pizza is good, if a bit slow. The... phone ordering Just SUUUuuucccks. July 6th at 830pm. The man running the store was fast and efficient, great attitude. Anothercustomer arrived at the same time, we were both out the door within 3 minutes. Guy knows his restaurant, and the pizzasamazing. The telephone ordering process sucked. This single pizza, half veggie half double pepperoni - was repeated 6 times. Isaid it twice. He said it 4 times. I had to verbally say Yes that's correct 5 times. Next time I'll be ordering online. Read more
