Update:Despite this oh I'm so sorry response from Hungry Howies, 2 weeks later I still have YET to hear from anyone about this... situation. Doesn't surprise me. Go figure where employees learn BAD customer service...all the way from the top! This place isTHE WORST waited an hour for burnt pizza only to be told since my young starving children took some out they cannot remake itor give a refund. Ask for Mgr this young kid says she's the shift Mgr and refused to give her name said she didn't need to giveit. I hardly ever to reviews but the owner of this Hungry Howies needs to be aware of the rude, immature, unprofessional,"kids" working there. Normally, no problems and the pizza is good. Tonight, on the other hand, I have dissatisfaction. I pick up my pizza get home... and they did not put sesame on the crust. I was looking forward to that "specialty crust!" SO, I called to tell them my letdown. All the girl would say was she was sorry. AND THAT IS ALL SHE COULD DO. I ordered a pizza it came late the delivery driver got lost in this is how I received my pizza. WORST SERVICE EVER!!
Sloppy rushed ,order not right I will not be back... I gave this store a try and i regret it i arrived early for the pick up & i... told them it's no rush i can wait. So i did i was asked more then 3 times what my name was & what i ordered when I orderonline..... After she repeated it back to me I drove home to this none of theses are well done and none have the custom crust onit ,am not satisfied it's locations like this that give a bad name. Pretty quick, good quality, kinda pricey. Best deals are online, not on phone or in store. Better pizza than most of them
Most of the time their pizza & sub I get are spot on, but lately, it's been overcooked.
