Great food and great outdoor space with heaters. You must have the Humble Ceasar Salad which includes roasted brussel sprout... leaves! Read more

I was worried there wouldn’t be many gluten free options, but you can get any pizza with the cauliflower crust and it’s... absolutely delicious, and I don’t usually like cauliflower crust. The atmosphere and service were great, my only complaintwould be that I wish more stuff on the menu was gluten free, I couldn’t eat any of the appetizers. Highly recommend!!! Read more

Humble Pie was a local chain of Neapolitan style pizza with their own flair. The one in P83 in Peoria was our hangout. I know... they closed all but this location (the airport one is HP in name only, they don't even have the right oven, just a standardpizza one). Because this location is not that near to my house, we had not been there in quite a while but decided to stopin. I am pretty sure this location was sold and rebranded. The menu is vastly different than i remember They call itNeapolitan-inspired pizza; it was oval, had a sourdough crust, was too cooked in the middle and didn't have any of the slightburning on the crust you get with Neapolitan pizza. So inspired maybe but NOT that style of pizza. It was good but notoutstanding. The fries where still good and it seems like the aoli is the same (and tasty). I also noticed that they now servetheir wine in stemless plastic glasses (od it felt like plastic). The service was good though. It was nice to visit for oldtimes sake, however given the changed menu and that there are several actual Neapolitan style restaurants around that we loveI'm not sure we will be back. Read more

I really enjoyed this place! We shared the Calabrian shrimp pie and the humble fries. I was really impressed because this was a... very unique pizza! I've never had shrimp on a pizza and the Cilantro and lemon zest made it very refreshing. A perfect pizza forsummer! I'd definitely order again! Service was also very good and food came out quickly. Never had to wonder where our serverwas, she was very accommodating. Sometimes that can be lacking when you're outside in a space that isn't full. It's a smallplace but we sat outside to enjoy the weather until the heat turns ungodly. If you haven't been, I'd say check it out! It's acute place and quite good! The fries were also a good appetizer but that pizza was definitely the star! I like how the friescame with 3 different sauces. Read more

Excellent pizza and salad. Staff was awesome friendly helpful and on point. I had the fig prosciutto pizza and it was... ahhh-maz-ing. The only reason they got a 4 star is they need to update their drink menu as what’s on their “big” menu isntwhat they actually have at the moment. Otherwise...go here and make sure you have the right menu. And enjoy the food as much asi did!! Read more
