My husband and I came to get a churro for a dessert date. We got the fruity pebbles churro sundae, and it was SO good!! The... churros were fresh and warm, and the vanilla ice cream was a great compliment, along with the fruity pebbles. Who doesn?t lovefruity pebbles!? It took too long to get food. Found egg shells in our rice and meat wasn't cooked well done like we asked. Also just seems way... overpriced. I'll get more food at texas road house for the same price. Read more
They have the best of everything on the menu. Im so happy that they got pho and its the best pho here in az. We dont have to go... to California for the authentic pho anymore. From wings to stir fried noodles or fried rices, everything is outstandingly yummy.Love love it. Read more
(As of 5/26, I will have to update my review to a lower rating. On my last visit, I was not as satisfied with my experience as I... usually am. I ordered Chicken Pho this time, while my family members ordered Chicken Wings, Pad Thai and Beef Bulgogi. I thinkthe food would have tasted better if it didn't smell so bad. I think the restaurant was in the middle of cleaning the greasetrap or had a plumbing issue, but I was immediately grossed out and couldn't finish my meal. However, family was still happywith drinks and churros, just everything else wasn't as fulfilling as usual.)This place is a shocker if you've never been. Wehad been to Churroholic before at another location but not Hiccups. Going into the restaurant we were shocked by the menu offood. This use to be one of our favorite places to eat out at! I don?t know if management or ownership change but this last time was... a disappointment! This place is already pricey and we never had an issue paying because our service was always amazing! We paid70 for bad service!!!!! We had order two stir fry, one was supposed to be a combination shrimp and beef and one beef. When wegot our food the order was incorrect we got chicken and shrimp. We advised our waiter and he was quick to try and get it fixedbut unfortunately came back to tell us that they don?t have a beef and shrimp combination. I did addressed him that on theirmenu it said they had both combinations. He then went back inside to talk to the cook and came back stating that if we wanted beef and shrimp combination we would have to pay more which is a dollar difference. At this point we didn?t care we just wantedour food. They take our plate to corrected it and they came back with the same plate just LITERALLY added three pieces of beefstill leaving the chicken, when we did not want any chicken! The food was cold! At this point it?s very disappointing becauseafter being so expensive we had no issues paying for their services but they had an issue with fixing their mistake! Read more
I really want to give this place 5 stars. The presentation and flavor were solid, but the fact that I was given a small white... plastic fork for my pad thai really detracted from the experience. My friend got a plastic spoon for his kung pao chicken andrice. You really wonder why they bother with reusable plates but not ordinary silverware. I would recommend ordering yournoodles to-go, and dining in for dessert. Read more
Great place for vietnamese food. We had Pho and Pad Thai, both delicious. Servings are hearty so we ended up not trying their... churro based desserts. Next time we'll share an entree to leave space for dessert. We also had the Chamoy Mango slushy, it was abit on the sweet side but delicious. Food was good but a little pricey. The 1 Star is because they need more employees working a shift. They had one girl, who was... doing great but she could barely manage the 3 people in line. The food then took a while to wait, that isn't that bad but with aslower order taking it all adds up. Read more
