I'd give a zero if it let me. Ordered online for the first time to try and avoid the wait time. Chose 7pm for pick-up. Arrived... at 7 and food was not ready. (That's was ok, did not expect it at 7 exactly). After I arrived and went to the counter to tellthem I was here, 3 separate groups came in and ordered. As I was waiting all three of those groups received their orders beforeme! When I finally received my order (7:21) they barely gave me any fries. I did not get the topper of fries they brag about andthe cup of fries was not even full! Not to mention that the fries were soggy . This place is the worst. Don't waste your money! Read more
Cheeseburger, fries & Coke $22.40. Not busy, slow service, but fresh food. Floors sticky, so are the tables.
West gate location: We are in town for a concert, walked about 1.5 miles from our hotel specifically to eat at Five Guys in the... Phoenix heat. Waited half hour to open (obviously sitting in front of your place). At exactly 11:00am your employee put a closedfor maintenance sign on door. Could have put the sign up way sooner (we saw employees in store when we got there). Way to keepit classy Five Guys. Will not be back. Read more
I really enjoy Five guys, I DO NOT recommend coming to this location!!! The burgers and fries are always on point? Except this... store here today. There was no flavor in the burger, fries were not fresh or cooked thoroughly. We weren?t asked if we wantedCajun or regular fries! So I forgot and didn?t get the Cajun I wanted originally Also the staff was completely clueless when mygirlfriend (first time EVER visiting Five Guys) asked a few questions about the menu and weight of burgers and dogs (1/4 or1/3lb) they didn?t know anything! The cook messed up myself and girlfriend?s order. When we got home we realized it and called. Kelly said she would replace it... for us just come in and tell them our name. Fast forward to today and we call, a guy who said he don?t have to identify himselfsaid there is nothing they can do and there is no Kelly that works there. They were rude, unprofessional and didn?t care if theylost service or not. Worse experience I?ve ever encountered. Definitely would not recommend. Read more

Five guys is my favorite burger spot. They are pricey for being a fast food joint but I think it?s for good reason. You are... truly paying for quality here. This is a new location so it?s nice and clean. Expect to wait just a little bit longer than yourusual fast food, good food just takes longer to make. I love the portion of fries they always give more which makes the highprice worth it. I did order the Cajun seasoning on the fries and they were extremely over seasoned. I won?t order those againbut five guys still has my heart. Read more
