I visited this Firehouse Subs on 07/29/22 around lunch time. During my visit there was a very new employee working the register.... I had a coupon, a large order with some extras. The new employee did great, but didn't quite understand the register yet. Thatswhen the shift lead (didn't catch her name) gently stepped in, helped the new employee and us get everything without delay orconfusion. For the rest of the visit I noticed how this shift lead kept the store moving while taking orders, answering thephone and assisting others.
