This bakery has the most delicious cakes, pastries and fresh baked breads. I have been their customer for many years now. The... latest purchase being eggless cake with strawberry mousse that was super moist and delicious. It is true that the younger peoplethat work the front lack customer service skills but I am still giving them 5 stars because you are getting the true 'European'experience when you visit - rudeness included! ???? The younger blonde girl was pretty rude. The older man and lady were nice though. Wouldn?t come back if the young blonde girl is... working. There was no reason to be rude while taking me and the next gentleman?s order. The food was pretty good though, wouldbe nice if we had the option to toast our subs, wouldn?t know bcuz the blonde girl seemed to want to just be left alone and nothelp a first time customer. I went to go order my husband a birthday cake but after going home abd trying out the samples with my family ,we decided go not... want any of their cakes because they all tested like water. So I called back 1 day later and they toldme I can not get a fullrefund beacse I called too late abd they charge me 50% becasue of the 2MINUTES it took to take my order , so I told them I wanta full refund but the owner was yelling, being inco siderate abd cussing me out ,which should NOT be ahpw somone talks to acostumer ! Very warm and welcoming owners. The bread and pastries are amazing. The sandwiches are made to order as well as specialty... coffees. Definitely has that "homemade" taste.????I cant believe I have never been in this bakery before and it's in myneighborhood!! Definitely check them out! Read more
