I love going to El Polllo Loco, however after we started to eat our food and a staff member walked out with a bearded dragon on... her back from the kitchen ????, literally an adult size about a 10-12 inch bearded dragon. I felt sick to my stomach. Never willI come to this place again! Read more
I ordered a double chicken avocado bowl. I told him to keep the cabbage. The rice was extremely hard I thought I was chewing on... bones. I had to spit it out and realize it was old rice. This is the worst restaurant at which I have ever tried to eat. I guess the food is okay. Generally, I really like EPL, but... this crew has done everything possible to persuade me to never patronize the chain again. The wait staff is flippant andcrude. I have been overcharged according to posted prices because the staff claimed the prices had changed and they didn't havethe new posters or menus. Most recently they waited until collecting my money to tell me that the soda fountain was out oforder and they didn't have soft drinks and I needed to choose a non-carbonated juice. I chose a refund instead. It took 15minutes and no, I wouldn't pull forward and wait. I won't fall for that trick even though I was foolish enough to risk anothervisit after so many failures. I have attempted to buy food here four times since I moved to the area a year ago and eachattempt has been an unmitigated disaster aggravated by the flippant attitude and crude behavior of the uncultured creatures who"work" here. I ordered chicken and I get no chicken ! I order chicken tostada salad. I get a salad with no chicken . If you guys don?t... want to work then quit and let Others that you want to work actually work and do their jobs. Read more
Friendly staff and very clean, but the chairs could be a little more comfortable. Environment was friendly and relaxed. Food... was excellent awesome flavored and came out warm. I highly recommend this place. Oh one problem was communication I can't eatonions and ordered with no Pico to avoid that, but it did come with it. They were good enough to fix it. Nice staff, small burritos for $4.30. Saw one of the employees blow out a flame "with his mouth" on one of the pieces of... chicken. However, does accept EBT hot meals for the homeless. Read more
