I ordered a double chicken avocado bowl. I told him to keep the cabbage. The rice was extremely hard I thought I was chewing on... bones. I had to spit it out and realize it was old rice. This is the worst restaurant at which I have ever tried to eat. I guess the food is okay. Generally, I really like EPL, but... this crew has done everything possible to persuade me to never patronize the chain again. The wait staff is flippant andcrude. I have been overcharged according to posted prices because the staff claimed the prices had changed and they didn't havethe new posters or menus. Most recently they waited until collecting my money to tell me that the soda fountain was out oforder and they didn't have soft drinks and I needed to choose a non-carbonated juice. I chose a refund instead. It took 15minutes and no, I wouldn't pull forward and wait. I won't fall for that trick even though I was foolish enough to risk anothervisit after so many failures. I have attempted to buy food here four times since I moved to the area a year ago and eachattempt has been an unmitigated disaster aggravated by the flippant attitude and crude behavior of the uncultured creatures who"work" here.
